Finally someone smart enough, to know to get the proportioning system out of the battery box. Good Job bud, irritates me when I see so many people putting them into the battery box, guess they still don't know batteries and bleach do not mix. Trailer is looking great bud
@@TheFreshRinse yes sir ! Looks good. You make it look so easy making videos in UA-cam and FB. I hope once I start this year I can make videos just like you brother! You make it look so easy Mike. Very informative and impressive
Master Class trailer build continues. Great video editing btw! Thanks for all you time to details. If you've missed anything it's just an opportunity to make the build your own.
Imo the fuse is redundant to the breaker and the breaker is way oversized. I run a 30amp breaker to a 30/40 switched relay that powers the 12v pump. The relay allows for low amperage power to the switch and high amperage out of the relay. Looks great Mike!
Mike- great content- getting ready to wire up my soft wash and electric hose reels- what is the black covers that you have your wiring run through called? I like the neatness and ease if the wire being able to slip through and still be protected from elements- thanks in advance
I like the idea of mounting the pump on the backside of the reeel, BUT when you have to change it how hard is it going to be once the reel is full of hose?
@@Bobby-ym5qd Great question. It originally came with alligator clips at the other end, to connect to the battery. I cut off the clips and connected eye connectors to connect to the breaker.
That’s a great question. It will not remove power. Because it is daisy chained BEFORE the actual breaker part, no power will be reduced from the other breakers.
My rig is nowhere near this awesome or complex (super clean)when it comes to the wiring. On my battery I have a quick connect to plug my charger in to charge it. I have watched and watched the wiring videos and it is very possible I missed it,but how are you charging your batteries?
I have a ton. None of what you see is what I had as a kid. You see an 88 Redline RL 20ii, 1983 Diamondback Harry Leary Turbo and a pre-serial # Profile Champ. Thank you buddy!
@The Fresh Rinse I must have been in a fog for 8 and 9 lol I run a small motorcycle type battery for my AR45 softwash and my marine battery for my 4gpm machine
Your fuse should be closer to the source. That way you protect all the wiring. And your 100 amp breakers are real not protect anything but a dead short to ground. Check the devices they should have an amp rating on them. Then use a little above that rating This will protect your over all trailer and not have an over heating of wiring or devices.
Why didn’t you just turn the bolt facing out and use ny-lock nuts to hold bolts in place mount pump and more ny-lock nuts to hold pump on bolts… makes for easy interchange.
I’m curious why you went back to the 12v since you now have the AR45? Are you only using the AR for roofs, the 12v for Soft washing? Because you also seemed to down stream a lot… mike! You got a lot going on…. Let the viewers know what the plans are… 😂
There's a reason your business is successful. You are properly prepared. Nice work on the rig. Its the real deal holyfield.
Thank you brother!
I gotta put a switch on my softwash idk how I never thought of that thanks Mike you da man.
You are welcome
Mike your giving to much information out for free. The "Big 4" is going to come after you. We appreciate ya brother.

Thank you. I agree. That’s a dangerous combination! Thanks again!
Great job Mike!

Favorite line of the video is at 6:55 mark. Me to Mr. Fresh Rinse! Me too! 😎

Where you gonna put the AR45?
Drivers side.

I forget what their called, but you can get them at Harbor Freight
Why the electric pump instead of the ar 45. Just curious
I have both. So pumped! (Pun intended).
I like the idea of mounting the pump on the backside of the reeel, BUT when you have to change it how hard is it going to be once the reel is full of hose?
With the luxury of hindsight, I absolutely agree. I think I’ll bring the bolts from the inside… with wing nuts on the pump side.
Where did you ground the 12v pump too?
The trailer or back to the battery?
Inside the box. I’m sorry I didn’t show that.
Nice vid, again,,,, But I have mongoose with skyway mags and a rotary neck,,, the good ole days ya know,,,,
Thank you. Yes, the good ol days!
Did the quick connect you wired in come with the pump or you buy It separately?
Great question. It comes with the pump. But the wires after the quick connect are purchased separately.
@@TheFreshRinse the pump has one on It from the factory.. but what about the one you wired in line.
It comes with a spare or you bought that piece?
@@Bobby-ym5qd Great question. It originally came with alligator clips at the other end, to connect to the battery. I cut off the clips and connected eye connectors to connect to the breaker.
Coming along nice Mike, just curious with how your breakers are, if the hose reel breaker pops would you lose power to the 12 volt?
That’s a great question. It will not remove power. Because it is daisy chained BEFORE the actual breaker part, no power will be reduced from the other breakers.

Great question. My 8gpm and 10gpm machines charge the batteries when they are running. I’ve never had to charge batteries
@@TheFreshRinse Ok I didn’t realize that. I have heard of peoples machines charging, but I thought it was the way they were wired. Thanks

You know who else is building a rig?! I can’t mention any names but it rhymes with Moe Beery……
He’ll have Patch do it all… if he’s smart.
Hi buddy are you using only 1 battery to power everything ? Or will you add another in tandem
Just one. The 10 GOM has its own battery. Be sure to check out episodes 8 and 9 for full explanation.

I don’t. I got them at Lowes

Are you going to plumb the 12v with 3/4 feed and 5/8 hose?
I think so brother
