I was a woman with all these problems. I was an introvert with basically shy nature. I still remember, if any strangers came to my house, I used to stay in my room to avoid having conversation with them. My parents misunderstood it as discipline and so they didn't try to
Change my attitude. Latter, during my marriage life as well as my work place, I realised and accepted my problem. I wanted to overcome these all. I began to speak voluntarily to the people who come to my workplace on different purpose. I realized the amazing changes. Today I am a woman with full of confident that I can deal with any problems and I can convince anybody with my speech.

Sir your right . But in my experience I has face a lot of hurdles while speaking in English to others because I am not good in English. Even with my close family members and friends. If I am committed an any mistakes while I am speaking in English. They has immediately said your unfit to speak in English better void to conversation in English. Therefore I couldn't been try speak in English. Despite now I am feel better in English.
