    Jimmy Eat World is an American rock band, which formed in 1993 in Mesa, Arizona. The current band members consists of Jim Adkins (vocals, guitar, keyboards), Tom Linton (guitar, vocals), Zach Lind (drums, percussion, programming) and Rick Burch (bass, vocals). While Mitch Porter (former bassist) parted ways with the band just prior to signing with Capitol.
    Pain is the sixth song from their fifth album, Futures, released in October 2004. It was also released as the first single from the album in September 2004.

      @@mrnoble5475 Exactly. I didn't realize it changed sounds so much. That's probably part of the magic of the song's production in that each part sounded like a mini-song within the main structure.
