You have got to be kidding me, you can NOT put 13" tires on a 14" rim or any other size. You may be able to alter the width of the tire, but not the rim. Case Closed.
Hello Mr. Narcowich, we're not sure what you are alluding to. Can you please elaborate. Hopefully we didn't manage to confuse anyone or imply the wrong facts. We didn't say you can put a 13" tires on a 14" rim. Let's look at several clips. From minute 2:34 "How do we know what size rim to use? The rims that you can choose depend on 2 things: 1) The car itself and 2) the tires that you are going to use (maybe not mentioned but in this case it means DIAMETER) . .. You can't use a 7" wheels on a 19-inch diameter car...but you can use minus, original or plus wheel diameter (15-20). Minutes 9:09 onwards talk about thickness of tires vs thickness of rims. P/S: There might be some missing clips discussing the diameter of the tires vs rims because of the rabbit but I think it is fairly obvious that you cannot put larger or smaller diameter tire on a rim and vice versa.
