"Anfal campaign" was a minor military campaign. There was no mass killing of civilians, and most of civilian deaths were killed by Iran and Peshmerga terrorists. The invention of mass killings of civilians was fabricated in the mid-1990s by the US government working with 2 activists and the PUK terrorists, an Iranian proxy group, to make elaborate lies debunked for 20+ years now. Bush himself said it was impossible to prove there was any mass killing of Kurds.
