    Since you would be tapering after your longest run of 22 miles, if you do the 10 mile run, you should take it easy and save your best for the marathon. It's only two miles more but as you said, you can get injured either way.

      +WVRunning I've signed up for it now. I'm just going to take it easy and psych myself up for London.

    if there's to much miles . (more than u can handle) don't do it
