Hi! I used CapCut for this so it may or may not be different depending on what you use but i picked a photo and extended it to the length of the video ( all the songs combined) ,Then I zoomed out the video and went to effects and added a effect called “Electric Light Border” for the black glow ( you can choose other colors for it aswell) and I put the speed down to the lowest it can be, aswell as the filter and intensity then for the background I went to background ( scroll at the bottom options and you should find it) and did blur, then that’s pretty much it! If thats confusing ( because I’m bad at explaining things) I can also make a short video explaining it!
