Hey, could you please give part number of that carb, currently i had same issues with this engine, you would really help me out if you can tell what carb is this and i could buy for my engine.
You can't buy this carb it is an old one that I had for a long time and they don't make anymore but when I get home I will give you some options that will work

For less headaches, MAKE SURE your motor is up to running temp, or that screwdriver will be coming out a lot
I have never ran this carb and when you heat your engine before you start it ,it doesn't take but a very short time to be at running temp
