This was my first experience of D&B at a rave in 96.
I was only a nippa and went to mainly see Vibes and Hixxy.
Went to the D&B room and was blown away.

It peaked at 96/7 then got worse.
Now Jungle is fucking AMAZING, but I can't stand the bloody Dub step style D&B that's popular now.
@@shortybond3000 tell you what mate you are spot on with that I could not agree more. Jungle has always stayed amazing. Hixxy turned the hardcore scene into cheesy happy hardcore. I think hardcore started to disappear in 95 and that dark jungle sound grooved it's way in 93
