Thanks for posting this video. Question though. How do you create a white label CMS for a user on your wordpress account? I want to keep my admin login they way it is, I just want to have the user have the white label CMS dashboard only.
You're welcome! For the Dashboard, you have an option to choose which roles the default dashboard panels will be hidden from, and which roles the new dashboard panels you create will be shown to. Also, when you hide menu items, it should only hide for users that aren't a White Label CMS Admin, which you should be.

Okay, so now how do I get real admin view back with all the menu etc when I'm logged in as myself?
As long as you are set up as the White Label CMS Admin, you should still see all the menu options
