For real tho- it's actually just drive to be noticed by all might its not actually really confidence :0 he feels like nobody other than eijirou understands and can see bakugou as a very strong individual, everyone else, he thinks looks down on him

People are always so fast to Judge Bakugo not understand that there's more to him than just some unstable Jerk
Deep inside he cares for the others and he's way More, He has an Inferiority Complex Because When people Look down on him and everything always goes to his quirk and even though he doesn't seem like it He memorises stuff and doesn't let things go unaware
Like when people say he is Gifted they aren't complimenting Him but instead his quirk and Abilities he was born with
For him Just the single word is like an understimation as you hear him always saying " Are you understimating me?"
I think you should really Try to understand him more and focus on his Actions rather than words
Example was when He Cried when Deku won him and When he fought against Deku in the street
Those two Moments say more than necessary about him and you can Hate him all you want but to be honest you're just looking at it from one side
What's the fun if the Creators made his Real feelings obvious to the viewers? There are hints that were given and honestly I think there are more than just enough to prove what type of person Bakugo really is
Quick advice here, Avoid Only focusing on the Obvious or exterior and try to look more into it. That's something that Almight and some few others were able to understand about Bakugo
