There are shelters for homeless people, they need to be sober to sleep there though. Most of those people sleeping on the floors or somewhere else choose not to get better.

I think housing the homeless might be more effective than just praying. Like, not just shelter, governments should look to provide actual housing for people in social vulnerability.

I love how clean the streets are. Amazed to see that. Here in S.A the trash bins gets stolen and becomes scrap metal and the streets are filthy. But the pranks are good over there and it is good to see how everybody joins in the laughter.
