I really like this game's humor.
I love how this game lampoons people from every part of the political spectrum. They made jokes at the expense of the 1% in the last part, and now they're making fun of the Occupy Wall Street movement here. It's nice to see they don't take sides - they just point out that everyone is equally stupid.

***** They are making a point about those type of people, and the culture that precedes them. It isn't an insult, or judgment. It is a humorous point, a satire. A spoof of the loudest members, and not just the internet form fillers.
chickenmonger123 I am glad somebody actually gets the character of satire. It's not like the developers want to say online-activism, feminism or gender-awareness as such are bad things. It is just exaggerating. Spoofing those parts of those phenomena that easily get out of hand. As do many other things.
***** While political satire is often healthy, even necessary, it would be a mistake to think some of those engaged in it don't have an agenda and aren't engaging in a bit of reductio ad absurdum. For example, I've not really been following this LP but does the game also ridicule typical right-wing stereotypes as well?
Define right-wing for me, please :). I feel like in your country that might mean something slightly different than in mine.
I think the "Bad Guy" that Jesse's talking about at the end that shape shifts into people is the Arch Mage who is just testing Weathervane and/or giving him a push to his fated fight with the dragon in the past.

So much of the stuff in this game refers to the last game, like the roleplaying game in the pub, the Dwarven ale experiment in the white ridge mountains, and how Wilbur met Remi in the first place.

Actually I think it was just making fun of the way Protestors and Activists do things. They complain and make a nuisance of themselves rather than actually try to help. I'm honestly kind of glad they did that. Screaming and Complaining doesn't really change anything, it just makes you annoying.
SpatsirkSpart I definitely got some Life of Brian vibes from it. It's obviously a dig at slacktivism in general, but then, so was the people's front of judea :P

Fist-of-doom I think that it was also a good representation of the current state in the US. For instance, they mentioned the Magic-industrial complex, which is the military-industrial complex.

I think that one was more of a jab at anti-government mentality that some people have. When Wilbur asked them if if they wanted to take a part in the election or the government in general since they had so many opinions they went on a rant about how that's a "stupid idea" when actually that'd probably be best. If they wanted change in the government to make it more desirable they should actually take part in what the government does but instead they just sat their and complained about how the government is corrupt and only wants power.

jean maillard Master is just a term of respect, and he's the only current gnome mage as the game explained earlier, in the last game he defeated a 'great evil' so the guys pretty well known.

I actually did try the speakers that my dad uses for his pc, but the type of plug-in that it requires won't work for my pc for whatever reason. It sucks. It has t be an HDMI plugin or it won't even register as an option in Sound settings. :(

Dahjer Canaan broke mine last week (rip vmoda LPs) sound stopped coming out of the left side, took them apart and crossed some wire over some solder connections, now I have right side audio on both sides XD

Yeah, over the past 12 Logitech headsets and this new one I just got a week ago from Gigaware all breaking somehow due to faulty wiring I'm really at the point where I'm jsut gonna say fuck it and not care anymore to just save up for some really expensive equipment, probably get the same type and quality that Football coaches wear.

MajkaSrajka Sure - but the actual designs for each head - one 'cyclops' head and one two-eyed brute - are very reminiscent of the Wc3 ogres, and their later re-appearance in WoW, especially in concept art. I mean it's not EXACTLY the same, but very similar.

Well, the fact of two heads not being too smart comes from Warcraft 2 ("Were ready master, -and Im ready".
The fact that one head have only 1 eye comes from WC2 too - im not sure can you see that on ogre-magai icon, but on Cho-ga'll's icon for sure.
Most likely they looked like that on arts too, tho now its hard to fund WC2 oryginal art instead of fan arts or dota bullshit.
Calling it DOTAs or WOW is kinda bullshit, calling it WC3 design would be mby acceptable but the design itself most likely comes from WC2.

I don't want to watch anymore of this game just because of how hard it is (trying) to enforce its political opinions. This is a video game for crying out loud, its meant to get away from real world problems and relax and have fun for a bit.
