Me encantó el episodio. El argumento es simple, pero funciona. No necesita efectos visuales grandes o escenarios llamativos, o un gran reparto. Solo 5 personas, una habitacion y una historia sobre el diablo y el poker.

Casi casi estaban tirándose pedradas entre ellos para ver quién debería ser llevado por el chamuco pero al final por esa gran amistad es que el enviado del mal no pudo cumplir su cometido.
No digo que tiempos pasados fueran mejores ni mucho menos, pero hay cosas que si lo son, por ejemplo ahora para hacer películas intrigantes lo llenan todo de zombis preñados de sangre y muertos devorados por esos engendros. Estos cortos nos demuestran que para tenernos en ascuas hasta el final no hace falta sangre ni malos rollos
Creo que en cierto modo tenes razón. Pero veo dos aspectos distintos , por ejemplo por un lado Hollywood muestra por un lado Oscuridad absoluta , entretenimiento puro y vacio y depues en el tema que aquí nos concierne es que por ejemplo el Humano cedió el primer lugar y se lo entrego a la tecnología. Un ejemplo son las películas de terror , en el presente se pone la todo el esfuerzo en la tecnología y pretender que les den muchos millones de dólares para grandes efectos especiales y la clásica escena de tranquilidad en la película y un gran susto acompañado de su milon de decibeles que te quitan un %50 de audición y pensamos que eso es terror :-D Eso es por lo que digo , los Humanos nos quitamos nosotros solitos del primer puesto , y se lo cedimos a la tecnología. Tenemos que volver a valorarnos. En esa época casi no habían efectos especiales , como ver la película de La Profecia en los años 70.
También vi una película, sobre un individuo que vive desde la época de las cavernas, y se lo confiesa a sus amigos, no le creen se enojan se reconcilian etc. esta genial.

yo a mis 9 años de edad en aquellos dias, me dormia viendo Dimension Desconocida. A veces aburrido, a veces debido a mi inmadures temas y léxico incomprensible.
Recuerdo cuando tenía 7 años de edad y toda la familia esperábamos que terminara el noticiario para ver la tan ansiada serie... La Dimensión Desconocida, otras eran: Invasión extraterrestre, Errie Indiana, El Hombre Lobo.
Este capítulo lo ví hace más de 30 años, y quién iba a esperar que el señor Freeman iba a despegar en su carrera, además de que me pasó de noche su participación en esta serie.

No ha habido una epoca como los 80's, las series de TV, la musica, la moda, el ambiente etc, creo que todo empezo a torcerse en los 90's y al cambiar el cambio de siglo lo termino de torcer, extrano los 80's

Buenas historias... si son hechas con buenos guionistas, como en este caso: Wes Craven, guionista y director de la película "Pesadilla". Y si le sumamos buenos actores el resultado es este capítulo de "La Dimension Desconocida"
También ese Wes Craven me parece que hizo el guión de la película Deadly friend una película ya de culto .......a estás fechas y de hecho muy rara de conseguir difícil diría yo.....yo la mire cuando tenía 9 años ahora tengo 39 .....pufff.... Historias de la cripta y dimension desconocida siempre tenian un o dos actores grandes por episodio. En este caso el episodio es del 85 y Freeman ya llevaba unos 20 años como actor. Gran Morgan Freeman, ahora tiene 87 años, si no me equivoco, sigue vivo. Alfred Hitchcock presenta - otra serie tremenda, creo que tambien de los 80.
Me refería a quien tocó la carta, incluso el Diablo lo dijo antes, era un alma inocente. Y jugar a las cartas contra el Diablo fue el último intento por salvarse, ya estaba condenado por así decirlo, pero puede decirse que le ganó en su propio juego. Pero su amigo lo salva por ser tal vez no tan malo en el alma.

Recuerdo haber visto este capitulo hace años, y me diverti igual que en 1985.
Buenas historias... si son hechas con buenos guionistas, como en este caso: Wes Craven, guionista y director de la película "Pesadilla". Y si le sumamos buenos actores el resultado es este capítulo de "La Dimension Desconocida"

También ese Wes Craven me parece que hizo el guión de la película Deadly friend una película ya de culto .......a estás fechas y de hecho muy rara de conseguir difícil diría yo.....yo la mire cuando tenía 9 años ahora tengo 39 .....pufff....

Historias de la cripta y dimension desconocida siempre tenian un o dos actores grandes por episodio. En este caso el episodio es del 85 y Freeman ya llevaba unos 20 años como actor. Gran Morgan Freeman, ahora tiene 87 años, si no me equivoco, sigue vivo. Alfred Hitchcock presenta - otra serie tremenda, creo que tambien de los 80.

Hasta ahora entendí el final. El Diablo haciendo trampa pero un alma inocente jamás podrá ser corrompida, ni por el mismo Lucifer.
Me refería a quien tocó la carta, incluso el Diablo lo dijo antes, era un alma inocente. Y jugar a las cartas contra el Diablo fue el último intento por salvarse, ya estaba condenado por así decirlo, pero puede decirse que le ganó en su propio juego. Pero su amigo lo salva por ser tal vez no tan malo en el alma.
