This can't be just luck! He arguably packs the crown jewel of the best promos and you want to attribute it to luck? I opened my champs rewards and the best guy I got was Nico Williams. The rest were pretty much the TOTS that were all under 20k. I pretty much packed the whole Girona squad from TOTS and this MF gets Vini, oh and R9, Cruyff, Luka Modric, Haaland, Mbappe... all these players I just mentioned, are 0.0001 percent chance to get, make that make sense.
