I live in Australia and in a town which im winter the days top temp is 66 but I struggle with the cold. I seem to always get every sickness and the cold isn’t something I like. This time I planning on implementing things to prepare me for the winter. I will be buying a diffuser, essential oils, more lounge warm clothing and lots of herbs and supplements. I also want to maintain my current fitness routine as much as possible.

Hi, love your videos... they're relaxing & enjoyable to watch. 😊 It's nice that you do activities that alot of other youtubers do not do/record. You should leave the words at the bottom of the screen every time. I miss alot of them because it's like my eyes don't know where to look when they pop up & after I adjust my eyes to the location they are gone. Also, if they are located at the very bottom I have noticed there is less mvmt at the bottom of the screen so it will also be easier to read them for this reason. Because most movement happens in the middle of the screen, its hard to focus on what is going on & read - I cannot do both. However, if the words are at the bottom then i can read the bottom while also watching the action going on. Might help if you left the words up just a little bit longer too. Thankyou 🤗🥰

i think its best not to say seasonal depression unless you've been diagnosed rather seasonal affective disorder as to not take away the seriousness of the actual thing.
