8th month is very crucial in pregnancy.. throughout pregnancy it is advised to be active and fit but in 8th month, a lady should take some pause..do some meditation as bp and exhausted feel na ho... 8th month delivery is not good for kid's immunity.. so please take proper rest now.. just take long walks...i attended full time office 7 months and in 8th month I took release from my projects and only pampered myself by rest, good food... Long walks in parks..
