I had trouble logging in too, so I had to delete a game to make room for the game update. After updating the game I was able to play as Jason and even better my current level was not deleted...so maybe check for updates for this game and install if needed before trying to log on.
I'm wired in and the last time I played I got a error and haven't been able to play since March. I deleted and reinstalled it, tried on both of my systems.

Nope it's been 4 months and I still can't play. They are looking into for me. Maybe by the end of the month I might be able to play again.
