Thank you! Yes, I do approach almost every tutorial as if the viewer has little or no experience using PS. I also try to not bore more advanced users. It's a balancing act.
I can't make a selection of the scan lines with comand click and it says warning; No pixels are more than 50% selected. The selection edges will not be visible
Thanks for your suggestion. All of my videos' intro & outro animations are created in my screen recording application, Camtasia. I may show how I create them in my next live stream. :-)
I know i"m a bit late to this video, but if it's any help to those asking how he made the flickering image at the end of the video, I know it can be done using Premiere Pro. And probably After Effects, too.
¡Excelente! :-)
Hi Mr.Marty, thank you so much for your awesome tutorials, I want to ask, instead of making a hologram image that just floats how can I make it look like a projected image? Thank you
Sir , this is just amazing. But how did you animate it? If we work on photoshop, only still hologram will be visiable. It would be great if you could tell a bit about animating it. That kinda brings our hologram to life. Thanks for the vedio.
Hi, Sir! I'm using an older version of PS. I'm not sure if that's the reason why I can't create a clipping mask from the Hue/Saturation layer... Please help.. Thanks :D
Check your foreground and background colors and also make sure the correct layer is active (not a layer mask). Also, Have you tried resetting PS preferences To restore preferences quickly using a keyboard shortcut: Press and hold Alt+Control+Shift (Windows) or Option+Command+Shift (Mac OS) as you start Photoshop. You are prompted to delete the current settings. The new preferences files are created the next time you start Photoshop.

Go to Image > Mode > RGB color, 8 bits/Channel

6:58 I have a problem. It said "No Pixels are more than 50%.....". The selection isn't there. What is the solution to this?
It's not an error. The selection IS there.
@@BLTV_Photoshop i just found the problem. It is in the color. The color should be black and White but mine was Blue and Black.

The intro & outro animations were done in my screen recording software. They're just meant to whet the visual appetite.
@@BLTV_Photoshop Marty, what is your preferred screen recording software? Just saw this tutorial and thought it was great!

So I've been told many times. ;-)

To clip a layer, go to Layer > Create Clipping Mask.
How can you request a tutorial from you.
"No pixels are more than %50 selected. The selection edges will not be visible." What should I do for this?
