if you didnt know there is a setting on that truck when you push unlock all the windows go down to let out all the heat

how are you able to pull the camper with the tailgate down? Seems like it would hit the tongue jack. Is this a standard bed length?

Yes it is standard, I Strap it under neath to the hooks on the bed on both side
