Her Dad is a guitarist which is probably why she chose the guitar. She is very innovative from a very young age and really does her own interpretation of the songs she plays. One of the very best. With Yoyo1212 of China (who may no longer be playing) Ayu really is a very top class guitarist.
Her father wanted her to play piano, he being a guitar teacher. But if you've seen her earliest videos, she plays like she was born with that guitar in her hands. Imagine being her dad and that little pipsqueak can outplay you at 9 years old!
Maria, Wow!!!!!! amazing reaction, Maria!!!!!!!!!!! You've got that right, everything you said! There are so many amazing Singers & Musicians, and so many Child Prodigy's. We have got to be blessed, and thankful that these amazing young artists are hear to continue all this Beautiful music living on for generations to come. As you said, Jimi & Stevie are looking down from Heaven and saying, You Go Girl!!!! you've got it!!!!!! we are so proud of you!!!!! keeping are music alive to continue on. Ayu was doing her thing on that Fender (Stratocaster) Guitar, Nailed it!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ayu begged her musician Father to teach her the guitar at 6 years old, but he said no, your too small, he finally relented when she turned 7, even though the guitar was bigger than she was, and the rest is history. So glad he caved in, and helped give us this amazing Child Prodigy. I believe He was amazed at how much God given talent she really possessed. Wow! yes Maria, we need to see Tommy Johansson & Li-Sa-X get together with Ayu Gusfanz and rock out on stage!!!!!!!!!!!! that would be mind blowing!!!!!!!!!!!!! Someone please make that happen!!!!!!!!!! Thanks so much, Maria for the amazing reaction!!!!!!! God Bless You, and your Family, and your Beautiful Kitties, Peace & Love, Thomas & The Kitties from Indiana
Thank you Maria, you have reacted Ayu Gusfans from Indonesia. Next reacted Abim Finger olso gitaris from Indonesia cover Nothing gona change my love for you from George Benson
I am an immense blues fan. And I consider Stevie and Jimi 2 of the best ever. And she just crushed this. But what blows me away (I am extremely familiar with the original and the SRV interpretation) is this not a cover. Not really. This is her own interpretation. It's more low end and jazzy, compared to Jimi's very hippied out song, and Stevie's pure blues version. She's taking chances, improvising, and pulling it off. That is what truly impressed me. Great reaction!
