  • In this weeks workout, I am taking you through a huge focus on balance by incorporating one-legged exercises standing, sitting and lying down. As an added bonus, there are some exercises that utilize the split pedal but still can be performed if you don't have a split pedal. The workout is aimed to create a full body flow as we balance from exercise to the next.
