- This is a video showing spray painting of a house using the Bosch PFS 5000-E. Comment if you have any questions and press the thumbs up if you find this video interesting. Bear in mind this is my first video so I will be improving filming and editing skills as I go. I have alot of projects coming up so subscribe if you would like to see more! Thanks for watching!
Cant believe you van actually use this spray to paint a whole house. Wow im so impressed
Thanks for making this video. I like the style. It might not be perfect, but it's real! And therefore helpful.
Thank you! Yes it's a bit raw, but check out my other videos and you can see I am getting better at editing and filming. Hoping to improve alot more as I go.
But that yellow was so pretty!
Grym video, inspirerar oss att måla vårt hus!
So four years on, you certainly have a lot more experience with the tool than you did before.
Let me ask you, what type of paints have you been able to use it with? Also, did you have to dilute the paints more than the factory specification?
If you can answer, I would really appreciate it!
Круто!👍
Did you paint a primer over the yellow paint? Should I remove old paint? Can you spray the primer on? How do I prep indoor walls before using the spray gun?
Could you tell, how many m2/liter paint did you use for this job?
Also it would be great if you can explain, how did you paint in the corners between two facade plates ( where two horizontal plates overlap each other)?
What setting on the spray gun? Any angle you reccomend in order to get spray in the corners ?
I really appreciate your reply.
looks so easy :D
Yeah it is pretty easy! The time goes in preparation and cleanup aftwards.
Hello! Which nozzle (white, grey or black?) and which airflow did you use here?
How was the overspray? Is it usable for indoor walls and ceilings?
What kind of color did you use? Based on water or oil? Did you dilute it?
Hi
Good video.
I have a question.
I planning to paint whole house and new garage in near future and I seriously consider buying this tool, but I am little concern about finish. I heard that when painting with spray gun dust / fog can be a problem. I also heard that paint do not have as good adhesion as when painting with brush. How its looks in your case??
I planning to use Jotun Drygolin Ultimate.
Thank you! When we painted the house here, some of it was done with spraygun as you can see here, and some was done with regular brush. I can not see any difference on the surfaces that were sprayed and brushed. I think the most important thing is to prepare the surfaces good enough, by washing and painting with primer before paint. The only thing I would be careful with is to not spray when it is windy, because the paint will blow all over the place. The kids toys are full of white spots from standing downwind from the spraying. I used Jotun Drygolin Plus on this house and it worked very well.
👍
Nice job, Is it good for masonry paint though?
I want to paint some old gym equipment... will this be suitable ?
I have only used this for painting outside, but I have seen people use this inside as well. The equipment comes with different nozzels you can use for different types of paint so I think it would work fine yes.
how much hours?
Heisann! How many coats do you use? Was enough with 1, 2 or?
Heisann! I painted 2 coats on the house. But depending on if the boards you are painting are new or previously painted it might vary. You may also need to do a layer of primer first.
@@learningandcreating2738 do you use the spray pistol to do the primer?
How many hours you painted this side?
This side was about 2-3 hours I think. It is very quick, but requires some time to prepare with masking and stuff and to clean afterwards.
😁
Hallo, I have by and is a good investment, is easy-to-use and your videos good. Yuo mixed the paint? Thanks
Hello! It is easy to use, and if you are painting an entire house it could save you alot of time. I did not mix the paint, i used it straight out of the container.
@@learningandcreating2738 thanks.....
In my opinion the 1 liter tank is small. I would have preferred at least 2 liters.
Yeah, it would be nice to have a 2 litre container as well for big surfaces, but the 1 litre is nice for the overhead work and hard to reach ares where it might get a little heavy with a bigger container. You also would have to have a longer stick for sucking up the paint inside the container, but this could easily be swapped over between paint changes.
What paint did you use?
I used oil paint, unmixed just out of the container. (Jotun Drygolin Pluss)
@@learningandcreating2738 what settings did you have and what nossle?
I used the white nozzle and maximum setting on the blower.
Your camera angle made it impossible to see you preparing the spraygun. Also the audio of your voice was far too quiet and the noise of the pump was WAY TOO LOUD!
Yes I agree the quality is not very good. I made this video mostly as a timelapse for myself to watch, and was not really planning to upload it. But i tried anyway and it is what it is. My future videos will be alot better. Thanks for the feedback!
you literally cut out the video for the main front of the house you are showing us lol.
