For the Beef Wellington: 1.5-2 lb beef tenderloin (center-cut) Salt and black pepper 2 tablespoons olive oil 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard 8 oz mushrooms (cremini, button, or a mix), finely chopped 2 tablespoons butter 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 shallot, minced 1/4 cup dry white wine or sherry 8-10 slices prosciutto 1 package (14 oz) puff pastry (thawed if frozen) 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash) For the Sauce (Optional): 1 cup beef stock 1/2 cup red wine 1 tablespoon butter 1 tablespoon flour Salt and pepper to taste Instructions Preparing the Beef Season the Beef: Season the beef tenderloin generously with salt and pepper on all sides. Sear the Beef: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over high heat. Sear the beef on all sides until browned, about 2-3 minutes per side. Set aside to cool. Mustard Coat: Once cooled, brush the beef with Dijon mustard. This adds flavor and helps keep the meat moist. Preparing the Duxelles (Mushroom Filling) Cook the Mushrooms: In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic, shallot, and finely chopped mushrooms. Cook until the mushrooms release their moisture and then dry out, about 10-15 minutes. Deglaze: Add the white wine or sherry to deglaze the pan. Cook until the liquid has evaporated. Remove from heat and let the mixture cool. Assembling the Beef Wellington Prepare the Prosciutto Wrap: Lay out a large piece of plastic wrap. Arrange the slices of prosciutto on the plastic wrap, overlapping slightly to form a rectangle large enough to wrap around the beef. Add the Duxelles: Spread the cooled mushroom mixture (duxelles) evenly over the prosciutto. Wrap the Beef: Place the beef tenderloin on top of the mushroom mixture. Using the plastic wrap to help, tightly roll the prosciutto and mushroom mixture around the beef. Twist the ends of the plastic wrap to form a tight log. Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes to set. Wrapping with Puff Pastry Prepare the Puff Pastry: Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface to a size large enough to wrap around the beef. Wrap the Beef: Unwrap the beef from the plastic wrap and place it in the center of the puff pastry. Brush the edges of the pastry with the beaten egg. Fold the pastry over the beef, sealing the edges well. Trim any excess pastry. Chill: Wrap the pastry-covered beef in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to ensure it holds its shape. Baking Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Bake: Place the wrapped beef on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush the entire pastry with the beaten egg. Make a few slits on top of the pastry to allow steam to escape. Bake for 25-35 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown and the internal temperature of the beef reaches 125°F (52°C) for medium-rare. Rest: Remove from the oven and let it rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing. Preparing the Sauce (Optional) Make the Sauce: In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes to form a roux. Gradually whisk in the beef stock and red wine. Simmer until the sauce thickens, about 5-10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serving Slice and Serve: Slice the Beef Wellington into thick slices and serve with the optional sauce on the side. Enjoy your perfect Beef Wellington!
Here's how to make a Cake. Thought u might need this :) Step 1: Prepare Baking Pans No one wants a cake to stick to the pan, so it’s important to prep your pans before pouring in the batter. With the exception of angel food and chiffon cakes, most recipes call for greasing and flouring the pan or lining the pan with waxed or parchment paper. Step 2: Allow Ingredients to Reach Room Temperature Many recipes require cake ingredients, such as eggs and butter, to stand at room temperature. This allows the butter to blend easily with other ingredients, and the eggs will yield a higher cake volume. (For food safety reasons, don’t leave the eggs at room temperature for more time than specified in the recipe.) Step 3: Preheat the Oven When a cake bakes too quickly, it can develop tunnels and cracks; too slowly, and it can be coarse. Allow your oven to preheat for at least 10 minutes, and use an oven thermometer to be sure it’s reached the proper temperature. If you’re using dark cake pans, you’ll want to reduce the oven temperature called for in your recipe by 25°F. Step 4: Stir Together Dry Ingredients Dry ingredients usually include flour, baking powder and/or baking soda, and salt. Rather than adding each dry ingredient individually to the batter, whisk them together in a bowl beforehand. That way you’ll know the ingredients will be equally distributed throughout the batter. Step 5: Combine the Butter and Sugar Wondering how to make a cake with a light, airy crumb? Creaming butter and sugar is the most important step. Here’s how: Using a mixer on medium to high speed, beat the butter for 30 seconds. Generally, a stand mixer requires a medium speed for this step, but a hand mixer requires a higher speed. Add the sugar (and vanilla if the recipe calls for it) and beat the mixture on medium speed until it is combined and has a light, fluffy texture. This will take 3 to 5 minutes. (Do not cut this short.) Scrape the bowl occasionally while beating. Tiny bubbles will be created as the butter and sugar are combined, which will give your cake that light, fluffy texture. Step 6: Add Eggs One at a Time Add the eggs (or egg whites) one at a time, beating well after each. Their protein creates a structure around the air bubbles that will maintain the texture. Step 7: Alternate Adding Dry and Wet Ingredients Alternate between adding some of the dry mixture and some of the milk (or whatever liquid is specified in your recipe) to the butter-egg-sugar mixture, beating on low speed after each addition until everything is combined. Begin and end with the flour mixture, as when liquid is mixed into flour, gluten begins to form. Too much gluten makes for a tough cake, so be sure to start and finish with the flour, and be careful not to overmix once you’ve added liquid. Be careful not to overmix at this stage or you might get elongated, irregular holes in the finished cake. Step 8: Pour Batter into Pans and Bake Divide the batter evenly between the baking pans. Use an offset spatula to spread the batter in an even layer. Be sure to spread it to the pan’s edge. Bake your cake according to your recipe’s directions. Step 9: Check Cake for Doneness Overbaked cake equals dry cake, and no one wants that. Start checking the cake for doneness after the recipe’s stated minimum baking time, but avoid opening the oven door before then, so that the heat doesn’t escape. For creamed cakes, insert a wooden toothpick near the center of the cake. If the pick comes out clean (with only a crumb or two on it), the cake is done. If there is any wet batter on it, bake the cake for a few minutes more and test in a new spot with a new toothpick. Step 10: Cool the Cake Layers Let the cake layers cool in their pans on a wire rack for 10 minutes maximum. To remove the cakes from the pans, run a knife around the edges, which will loosen them from the sides of the pans. Place a wire rack over the top of each cake and flip the pan. Gently lift the pans off, being careful not to tear the edges of the cakes. If you used waxed or parchment paper, carefully peel the paper off the cake. Allow the cake to cool completely (about 1 hour). This is a key step to letting the cake firm up, making it less likely to break apart as you frost it. (And it keeps the frosting from melting as soon as you spread it!) Step 11: Assemble the Cake To avoid crumbs in your frosting, brush the cake layers with a pastry brush. Spread about a ½ cup of frosting over the first layer, then carefully top it with the next layer. Repeat until all the layers are stacked. Step 12: Add a Crumb Coat The secret to knowing how to frost a layer cake is a crumb coat. To do this, spread a very thin layer of frosting over the sides and top of the cake. This initial coat doesn’t need to look perfect; it’s another way to keep the crumbs out of the frosting. Let the cake stand for 30 minutes so the frosting sets up. Step 13: Frost and Decorate Using an offset spatula or table knife, generously spread the remaining frosting over the top and sides of the cake, swirling as you go. Once the cake is completely covered, go back and add more swirls as desired. Serve the cake within 2 hours or store in the refrigerator.

Seeing the trio together like this gives me 2000s movie vibes. Like it’s summer vacation and they got mixed into shenanigans in which they have to save the day or escape the circumstances.
I remember a time when Andrew was getting the big baller budget pretty consistently and how Justin celebrated when Andrew finally got a low baller budget.
Mr. and Mrs. Dursley, of number four, Privet Drive, were proud to say that they were perfectly normal, thank you very much. They were the last people you’d expect to be in- volved in anything strange or mysterious, because they just didn’t hold with such nonsense. Mr. Dursley was the director of a firm called Grunnings, which made drills. He was a big, beefy man with hardly any neck, al- though he did have a very large mustache. Mrs. Dursley was thin and blonde and had nearly twice the usual amount of neck, which came in very useful as she spent so much of her time craning over garden fences, spying on the neighbors. The Dursleys had a small son called Dudley and in their opinion there was no finer boy any- where. The Dursleys had everything they wanted, but they also had a secret, and their greatest fear was that somebody would discover it.
When Justin was rapping "Drew, Drew Drew, Bauer, Bauer, Bauer," that was actually kind of catchy. The song is awesome! Also, Isaac driving the micro-Jeep around with Drew crashing into everything brought me back to when he also drove the apartment U-Haul fast!
Video idea. Ultimate vacation budget challenge!: drop for the place your going to ex Dubai, France, England, Mexico… then drop for hotel budget (keep in mind this budget has to accommodate Justin Andrew isac and drew!) then drop for food budget, and entertainment budget! I love your videos keep up the good work!!

For the Beef Wellington:
1.5-2 lb beef tenderloin (center-cut)
Salt and black pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
8 oz mushrooms (cremini, button, or a mix), finely chopped
2 tablespoons butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 shallot, minced
1/4 cup dry white wine or sherry
8-10 slices prosciutto
1 package (14 oz) puff pastry (thawed if frozen)
1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
For the Sauce (Optional):
1 cup beef stock
1/2 cup red wine
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon flour
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preparing the Beef
Season the Beef: Season the beef tenderloin generously with salt and pepper on all sides.
Preparing the Duxelles (Mushroom Filling)
Cook the Mushrooms: In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
Assembling the Beef Wellington
Prepare the Prosciutto Wrap: Lay out a large piece of plastic wrap.
Wrapping with Puff Pastry
Prepare the Puff Pastry: Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface to a size large enough to wrap around the beef.
Baking
Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Preparing the Sauce (Optional)
Make the Sauce: In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes to form a roux. Gradually whisk in the beef stock and red wine. Simmer until the sauce thickens, about 5-10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serving
Slice and Serve: Slice the Beef Wellington into thick slices and serve with the optional sauce on the side.
Enjoy your perfect Beef Wellington!

Divide the batter evenly between the baking pans. Use an offset spatula to spread the batter in an even layer. Be sure to spread it to the pan’s edge. Bake your cake according to your recipe’s directions.

Overbaked cake equals dry cake, and no one wants that. Place a wire rack over the top of each cake and flip the pan. Gently lift the pans off, being careful not to tear the edges of the cakes. Allow the cake to cool completely (about 1 hour). This is a key step to letting the cake firm up, making it less likely to break apart as you frost it. (And it keeps the frosting from melting as soon as you spread it!)
Step 11: Assemble the Cake
To avoid crumbs in your frosting, brush the cake layers with a pastry brush. Spread about a ½ cup of frosting over the first layer, then carefully top it with the next layer. Repeat until all the layers are stacked.
Step 12: Add a Crumb Coat
The secret to knowing how to frost a layer cake is a crumb coat. To do this, spread a very thin layer of frosting over the sides and top of the cake. This initial coat doesn’t need to look perfect; it’s another way to keep the crumbs out of the frosting. Let the cake stand for 30 minutes so the frosting sets up.
Step 13: Frost and Decorate
Using an offset spatula or table knife, generously spread the remaining frosting over the top and sides of the cake, swirling as you go. Once the cake is completely covered, go back and add more swirls as desired. Serve the cake within 2 hours or store in the refrigerator.

Here is a recipe for classic flapjack recipe for you to try:
Ingredients:
- 200g unsalted butter
- 200g demerara sugar
- 4 tbsp golden syrup
- 400g rolled oats
- Optional: 100g raisins or dried fruit of your choice
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 180C (350F) and grease a square baking tin with butter or line it with parchment paper.
2. In a saucepan, melt the butter, sugar, and golden syrup over low heat. Stir frequently until the sugar has dissolved.
3. Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the rolled oats until well combined. If you're using dried fruit, fold it into the mixture at this stage.
4. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking tin and press it down firmly using the back of a spoon or spatula.
5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the flapjack is golden brown on top.
6. Remove the flapjack from the oven and allow it to cool in the tin for about 10 minutes.
7. While the flapjack is still warm, use a sharp knife to score it into slices or squares. This will make it easier to cut into pieces later.
8. Leave the flapjack to cool completely in the tin before cutting it into your desired shapes and sizes.
9. Enjoy your homemade flapjacks with a cup of tea or coffee!
These flapjacks are easy to make and perfect for a tasty snack or breakfast on the go. Feel free to customize the recipe by adding nuts, chocolate chips, or other toppings to suit your taste. Enjoy!

Mr.

Must have Snacks!
Classic Chocolate Ice Cream Sandwich
Ingredients
vegetable oil cooking spray
½ cup all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
¼ teaspoon kosher salt
¼ teaspoon baking soda
⅓ cup sifted Dutch-process cocoa powder
3 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
¼ cup white sugar
2 tablespoons light brown sugar
½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
⅓ cup whole milk, at room temperature
6 scoops vanilla ice cream
Directions
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with a silicone liner (such as Silpat). Spray liner with cooking spray and rub it in to be sure it's completely covered.
2. Whisk 1/2 cup plus 1 tablespoon flour, salt, baking soda, and cocoa together in a bowl until thoroughly combined. Sift mixture if it seems at all clumpy or chunky.
3. Mix butter, both sugars, and vanilla in another bowl with a spatula until you have a smooth paste. Add flour mixture along with milk and stir until batter is smooth and stiff. Clean off the spatula with a cookie scoop and drop 12 scoops batter onto the prepared baking sheet.
4. Bake in the center of the preheated oven until the tops of the cookies no longer look wet and shiny, 9 to 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and tap and shake the pan on the counter 5 times to settle and compress the cookies. Let cookies cool to room temperature on the pan, about 15 minutes.
5. Transfer baking sheet into the freezer until cookies are firm, about 15 minutes.
6. Remove from the freezer and remove cookies from the pan by lifting the silicone liner carefully under each one. Poke 10 or 12 holes in the surface of each cookie with the sharp edge of a chopstick. Return to the freezer until ready to assemble.
7. When ready to assemble, remove from the freezer. Turn one cookie upside down, place 1 scoop ice cream on top, and sandwich with a second cookie. Serve immediately or wrap in plastic wrap and freeze for 3 hours before serving. Repeat to make remaining ice cream sandwiches.

Step one: Gather all ingredients. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Grease and flour a 12-cup fluted tube pan (such as Bundt).
