This must be one of the finest Cadillac from 1962 in the whole World! For me is Cadillac from the late 50s and the early 60s. The best of American cars!
I love it. Back in my 20s my Brother had 1 he had an accident and put it in the garage to fix the following month, a year and half went by he didnt fix it and I called the towing service to take ca it now I feel bad I will have to buy him one.
I always said the 62 Cadillac was when Cadillac got elegant again, my grandparents had a beautiful tan 62 coupe DeVille, always thought it was their best looking Cadillac
This is an older video and the car has been sold. You can still follow the link at the top of the description to be taken to this vehicle's page to learn more about it.
The missing part behind the the left front headlight is called the cornering light. It illuminates when the turn signal is on. The light informs other drivers of your intention to execute a turn. When Jay displays the contents of the trunk, you will notice the cornering light in the box. This an absolutely beautiful car that will sell quickly. Keep up the good work Jay.
Very beautiful good old American built Beauti. I notice it was missing a cover in front of the driver's side tire just above the bumper. Seemed under priced for such a car.
Boy that's a real creampuff. Perfect colors, look @ those hubcaps! In 61 Lincoln came out w/ a restyled Conti that was beautiful too. Between the Linc & these Cadillac its a tuff choice. I recently visited your website, your vehicles are the creme deal la creme.
Wow...this is a Beautiful Caddy! The only thing missing is the A/C....but I guess that you can add that these days!! Also, what is going on on the Front Drivers Side Cornering Light area??
Beautiful drool worthy car. It looks absolutely pristine. I did notice what seems to be a missing filler panel on the driver's side between the bumper and fender. Is it by chance in the box of parts in the trunk?
Wow My grandaugther Sabrinas favorite car she just love caddys gourgeus caddy, thanks Jay grams president of volo auto museum and the 🦇 batcave, from tom your friend now and always 🤩 🤩
I didn't see the model name on the body. Was it removed? Sedan de Ville, Coupe de Ville etc. I suspect we are looking at a Sedan De Ville but I can't tell.
It amazes me how the viewers can catch that cornering light missing. I wouldn’t have caught that and I have 20/20 vision. Jay should have mentioned that. That’s not good salesmanship.
The clock is probably electric wind up. A clock shop should be able to fix easily Given they no doubt want a lot of money this should be done. My 70 Eldos clock works fine. The 6 way power seats are very strange. It uses one motor and three solenoids to direct the motor to the different settings. Lubed mine and give it full voltage and it works. They are power hungry. Would also say they should have the seats remanufactured.
I generally don't care for this vintage Cadillac but I like this one. Probably the soft top. The color scheme is bland. Like the subdued tail fins and bilge kills. A lot of what Cadillac called chrome is actually zinc which does'nt last. This car must have never seen bad weather unless its all new. Caddy Daddy is high.
You know every time I try to buy a car from this guy hes got somebody already before leaving gets on the UA-cam channel who's buying I've tried buying 14 cars with cash and I can't even get a car this thing seems to be a bunch of BSI want this 62 Cadillac if I don't get this 62 Cadillac I'm gonna keep dogging you on UA-cam to bring your Deal down this is ridiculous I've talked to you guys and I told them what I wanted but I can't even get a car that I want I want this 62 Cadillac and if I don't get it is gonna be a real mass

For me is Cadillac from the late 50s and the early 60s. The best of American cars!
You are killing me. I LOVE this Caddy!
It sure seems to be a popular one around here & online!!
Gorgeous car, very sweet indeed, always loved all the older Cadillacs probably because of my dad's caddy's when growing up...
Awesome Car, Love the color
That is absolutely gorgeous! Wow
😎😃
Beautiful I love it wish I could afford it I would put 40,000 miles on it my first month lol they knew how to make cars back then
That is very impressive. Quite a lot of miles for 1 month!! 😮👍
What a gorgeous car
Ohh my goodness what a beautiful car!!! Absolutely gorgeous 😍🥰
Everybody seems to really love this one!
This is a nice car thanks for showing it I love all your video but this one is special thanks

I love this car Jay, it's sweet!
Truly elegant.
I had one just like it when i was 18 that was 45 years ago it was my favorite Cadillac ive had a few threw the years
I love it. Back in my 20s my Brother had 1 he had an accident and put it in the garage to fix the following month, a year and half went by he didnt fix it and I called the towing service to take ca it now I feel bad I will have to buy him one.
Awesome Cadillac! Stunning color!
Thanks!
Absolutely stunning ! Beautiful !
Thank you! Cheers!
always thought the 62 was one of the cleanest looking cadillacs
The upper fin w/ the lower fin give the car a regal look. One of the prettiest cars ever.
I agree--so much nicer than the '61
I always said the 62 Cadillac was when Cadillac got elegant again, my grandparents had a beautiful tan 62 coupe DeVille, always thought it was their best looking Cadillac
It is very stunning and sold very quickly!! So I think many agree. 😍👍
I had to keep scrolling to find the 1962 Caddy--just '61 was showing up. I like the 62 just a bit better. This car is a home run.
This is an older video and the car has been sold. You can still follow the link at the top of the description to be taken to this vehicle's page to learn more about it.
That's when a Cadillac WAS a Cadillac. Not today's junk!
I love It when Jay gets this excited about a car, but there is a lot to be excited about, this one Checks All the Boxes and more.
And the fact it was ~15 minutes long...means he had a lot to say.
What
a
Dream
Car...!!!
Great Caddy ‼️ It has another 100,000 Miles to run, if taken care of‼️👍👍🇺🇲I really like the 1963 and 1964 Cadillacs.Great color‼️

The cornering lights help the driver to see to the side of the car when turning at night.
@@wmalden Yes. You are absolutely correct. I forgot to mention that fact.
We got that put on just after the video finished.

think it's in the box in the trunk?
That would be the cornering light.
I need a couple of them for mine because it's nowhere near this nice.
Magnificent
Since I was a kid I always thought the ‘62 Caddy 2 doors were the best looking Caddy’s!
It's BEAUTIFUL...
It looks like the driver's side cornering lamp is missing?
Yep! I noticed that too.Surprised he didn’t mention it. It’s a wonderful car!
I saw it in that box of “extra parts” in the trunk.
@@wmalden But for the price they are asking, and the Beauty of this Vehicle...it should be On the Car, and not in the Trunk, LOL!!
Ugh! I didn't even notice. Russell the camera man noticed after we filmed. The shop knew about it and yes it will be corrected.
@@jaygrams5046 Jay Grams, you are
The Man!!🙂🙂
SUPER ELEGANT Car... ufff !!!!
it looks a lot like the '61 with the top and bottom fins, except the '61 has bigger fins
Nice!!!!! 👍👍
Thanks! 👍
Car is unreal like it stepped out of a painting.
This is amazing!!!
Agreed!
Single exhaust? Wow.
In 1962 they went from dual exhaust to single. At the same time, they made the fuel tank larger
Is there a filler piece on the front driver side missing?
Yes, it was addressed after the video. The part was in the box in the trunk.
Missing left front cornering lamp. Also, Cadillac signature plates should be on back fenders. Beautiful car.
We had that cornering lamp reinstalled just after the video finished.
i would lilke to get this for my Dad.
1962 what's my favorite year for Cadillac with the toned down fins.
Wow My grandaugther Sabrinas favorite car she just love caddys gourgeus caddy, thanks Jay grams president of volo auto museum and the 🦇 batcave, from tom your friend now and always 🤩 🤩
It appears to be missing a directional on the driver side front right above the chrome bumper
perfect
how come you didn't mention the missing left cornering lamp , it was the first year Cadillac introduced them 🤔
Pretty Caddy conv. w/o a/c.
You found an amazing car. Any sign of an air conditioner?
Missing left cornering light? Beautiful car but no air conditioning in a car of this caliber? A shame,
it's very noticeable at 13:20- 13:30
I was born March 02,1962. What month, day did this car Roll out thee factory?
your birthday is 1 day after mine
I didn't see the model name on the body. Was it removed? Sedan de Ville, Coupe de Ville etc. I suspect we are looking at a Sedan De Ville but I can't tell.
the caddy is missing one piece next the left of headlight on the driver's side it's like a chrome piece
No AC?
It amazes me how the viewers can catch that cornering light missing. I wouldn’t have caught that and I have 20/20 vision. Jay should have mentioned that. That’s not good salesmanship.
I don't think Jay really noticed but we did find it in the trunk afterwards & got it put on. Everything is good now.
I kept wondering if the area in front of the front tires had been painted black. I doubt the tinted windshield is original.
The clock is probably electric wind up. A clock shop should be able to fix easily Given they no doubt want a lot of money this should be done. My 70 Eldos clock works fine. 9:37 😅👍
Got an excuse to run late I guess? 😜🙃
Dear Santa....
Darn it is sold already 😢
The fins on that could kill a guy
Almost doesn't fit on the turntable. But very pretty. Almost too pretty.
We had plenty of room!! You've not seen us cut it close if you think this was. 😜
