it's depends on your style and what kinds of tone do you want to play. In my opinion, the Tele sounds warmer , more suitable for the vintage style while the strat sounds brighter and a bit stronger . Not only the style affects to the sound but aslo the pickup's type. You should check some sound comparison video to choose your guitar; it will help you a lot. There'ra lots of guitar styles such as LesPaul, super strat or headless,... for you to choose, but it's all up to your choice.

ディレイタイムBPM200で計算してやっても若干ずれるんですけどどうしてでしょうか、、、
ディレイタイムがあっていたとしても、実際に弾いた原音がずれてしまっているとその分ディレイ音もずれてしまうので、それが原因かなと思います！録音環境があるのなら一度録ってみて細かくみてみるといいかもしれません！
弾いた原音が合ってるのにずれてしまう場合は実際の環境を見てみないことには原因がわからないので、BPMで割り当てるのではなく、msで耳で調整してみてはいかがでしょうか！
