Ingredients
11/2 cups brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
2 eggs
2 sticks unsalted melted butter
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2 bars of baking chocolate
3 cups flour
3/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
Dash of salt
It's best if you let your cookie dough sit overnight in the refrigerator. The cookies come out way better after you let all the ingredients sit and marinate together lol. Once you’re ready to bake leave the dough out to get to room temperature before using or the cookie dough will be to hard. Another fact is use chopped chocolate
not chocolate chips.
Bake on 300 or 310 on the bottom rake. You don't want them to brown fast &
the middle of the cookie isn't done.
