Yes he has execute, but that execute is active only after 225 stacks I believe. Which is a lot. So early game collector is very good not only for the passive but also for the stats in gives
its fine early but you have to sell it at 225
The good thing about collector is that it has lethality and crit, the two stats needed to max q damage
sucks that smolder's so fun when a number of the people that created him probably got laid off lmfao
The guy who created ksante smolder and skarner rework is the same guy and he did indeed get layed off. He got fired before he got to see 2 of his 3 creations even make it into the game xD.
