do the puzzle, when you go to the left theres two platforms. One with a green block and there’s a second platform with a giant seed. Its pretty easy to miss because its a perspective game
You have to complete the "Mulch Be Well" quest that is unlocked when you have reached friendship level 8 with Wish me Mell and have completed the "Green Thumbs" quest. You will then unlock the Composter when completing the quest. I hope this helps!! 🥰
