8:13 i hate it when people do that because I’m diagnosed with depression anxiety and adhd and their like Them: *“ like I’m sad too but like my life is still harder cause my dog just passed away and that’s like no offense way harder”* And I’m like: *um* Bro depression isn’t just being sad it’s an unexplainable feeling and anxiety isn’t just being nervous it makes what you think everyone thinks about you your top priority and adhd isn’t just not paying attention, it’s anger issues it causes depression sometimes it makes you very fidgety and lots more. ( this is just how my mental illnesses are for me because they are different for everyone and everyone has different experiences with them)

When I was in fifth grade, my pe teacher would ask a food that we liked and then he would like make a disgusted face if he thought it wasn't going to keep you his idea of "fit". Then he would list all the foods from the kids he liked and then would teach us about how if you're overweight you'll get diabetes. I still think he was such a jerk of a teacher. And he taught us things that were basically telling kids to get all of these expensive things and if they didn't get them they would be fat and unhealthy.
