This channel got me through some really dark and depressing times a handful of years ago. I'm so happy that this channel has grown so much since I've been away. I still get the same good ol feelings and catch myself smiling often at the pure genuineness of it all. This is a one of a kind channel and it will always have a special place in my heart. Congratulations Sebastian! I've been smoke free for 7 years now after 30 years of smoking. I'm happy but still very much enjoy walking into someone's fresh smoke. But when you think of the money the inconvenience more than anything and how other people perceive you it's definitely worth it to not smoke.

As a now retired cop who served during Katrina, what do you think about NOPD and ATF going door to door confiscating guns, some of which were later used by NOPD officers as quote "drop guns" (after attempting to have their numbers scratched off) to cover up the death of 2 unarmed men who were killed by NOPD on Danziger Bridge on 9/4/2005? They didn't realize there was a news crew on the next bridge, filming the entire event.
They later received reduced sentences at the behest of Obama D.O.J and I don't think any of the individuals involved, including top brass who orchestrated it, did their full sentence. Most were reduced to mere months/ community service.

Hey Sebastian my dad quit smoking 7 years ago within six months he said it was the best decision he ever made. He said he realized how much of a difference it made at work he wasn’t having to take breaks to catch his breath or take break bc he wanted a cigarette. And to think it all started with a 100 dollar bet on new years against his 7 siblings and some nephews who decided to join in whom all smoked as well to give up smoking for 1 year. A few failed but a lot of them succeeded and have been smoke free for years. My dad still says he’ll never pick one up ever again bc that’s how you fall back into it. Not saying we should place bets but a little motivation never hurt anyone lol.

Hey Sebastian! I pray for your strength and support you on quitting smoking.
I was a smoker for thirty years and successfully quit after many attempts 2 yrs ago. Here are some tips that may help:
    1. Avoid friends that smoke for a while. They may not influence you to go back, but you may influence yourself
    2. Don’t worry about the weight gain. Water surrounds the molecules of nicotine in your body because it is so toxic, that if released all at once you could get really sick and possibly die from the shock. Your body is so expertly designed by God that it releases the toxins a little at a time. Up to / years. Don’t worry you can diet and exercise later. One thing and one day at a time.
    3. Drink lots of water. Smoking dehydrates
    4. If you think about having a cigarette, put it off. Then keep putting it off. Go distract yourself with something so busy and put it off some more. Then go for a long nap or go to bed for the night. Put it off again the next day. Experts say we lose the habitual part of the addiction after 2 weeks
    5. Hang around non smokers until you realize you have given it up for good and it is no more part of your daily thoughts. You are unchained and feel free at this point.
    6. The biggest one; ask God to deliver you from smoking. Keep praying and ask your friends and loved ones to do so until your hear the clatter of the chains dropping to the ground Amen from 🇨🇦 Canada.🙏

Sebastian, Great job not smoking! I watched my Grandfather pass from lung Cancer years ago. I used to smoke two packs a day. I 'quit' three times, until I used this small, but effective secret: the language I use. I stopped saying the word phrases, "I quit," or "I'm quitting," and started saying only this- "I don't smoke."( It's good to say to smoking friends and people bumming cigs too) I'm studying Linguistics at the university now. The words you use in your self-talk and your speech with others are intrinsically intertwined with your thoughts and behaviors. They are the conduit between the two. The first 30 days creates the habit- now you're in the long game of reprogramming your new, positive, healthier life. Keep up the good work!

Words of advice to those who are smokers and want to quit. I was a smoker for 1 year and 6 months and I can tell you, the first breath of fresh air you get after quitting is something else. It's easier than you think. Take Rob's videos and use them as the distraction. The distraction from the urges to keep smoking. You don't need cigarettes or vaporizers to keep going. There's more out there and you have found it in this channel. Keep safe and God bless.

can never go wrong with soy sauce, garlic, sesame oil, sugar and honey. its the same ingridients we use for bulgogi(korean marinated beef) korea. only suggestion would be to add minced ginger, it adds a little kick to it and takes away the gamey flavor part of meat.

I’m going on vacation to FL in May with my sister to visit family, told her I wanted to go gator hunting, come to find out gator season isn’t until August I guess? I’m from CT so I wouldn’t know haha. Have always wanted to go gator hunting though! Fingers crossed maybe someday! Beautiful family/kids, stay safe out there. Love your channel ❤

Congrats on the catch Sir! Monster Gator 11.5' ! Sebastian, good deal on quitting those cigarettes, all the best to you on that journey. I watched you cooking all that food for the survivors at Pine Island and man I could not hold back the tears. Keep doing what you are doing. I hope to someday go fishing or hunting with your family and mine. I long for the days I can breathe in that tropical air again. God Bless You and all your loved ones. I'm just a Future Floridian waiting for my chance to give my family a better quality life.

Great job saving that garlic! I saw you recognize the pan was too hot and you were about to burn it and you reacted appropriately. The dish looks/sounds fantastic. I am surprised you didn't put any ginger in since you love it so much and it would have matched really nicely with the other flavors.
I am 5.5 years smoke-free and I say well done to Sebastian and keep it up.
If Kevin is willing to share his FB or IG accounts I'd certainly like to see what he's up to on the cooking front.

You guys make it look so good, testing the food. Or alligator. I’m from Vermont, so for me, it’s a little weird. But my father is from West Virginia, he said he hasn’t tried alligator, but he’s definitely tried rattlesnake. Either way I would probably try it if you cooked it for me. Because you make it look so delicious with all the seasonings and stuff.

I'm a soon to be 40 year old with 3 boys and my wife and had a massive heart attack when I was 38. The doctors were surprised I made it through but blamed it on the smoking. It is definitely hard to give up smoking if you're just living day to day and haven't had any health issues but when the doctors told me to stop or the next time I had a heart attack would be my last and wouldn't be here to see my kids grow up. I have not had a smoke in over a year and half.
