My wife and I just made reservations to become droid parents ourselves! I think I have to convince her to get the full package, since carrying the backpack looks a heck of a lot easier than the big box. Plus, the personality chip is cool, and it's not every day you celebrate your 15th wedding anniversary at WDW! May the force be with you.
Hopefully, I get to build an r2 unit next July when I go to Disney world for my grad trip. Hopefully they will still have the droid package and covid doesn’t mess up my family’s plans. Thinking of a red dome, white body and legs and red accessories with a first order chip.
@@Masterhalo998 I live 30 minutes from Disney world so I haven't had to travel with these. I know the sabers are TSA approved I dont see why the droids wouldn't

It was fun building my R2-D2 they did not have everything I wanted for him but I brought everything i can think of I wanted to add blaster to him but they were sold out and they were sold out of the stickers so next time I go there they will have them back in stock and hopefully ride on the new rides there never got a chance to ride any of the new rides because the lines were to long and there was a lot to explore even got my Jedi costume and my return of the Jedi lightsaber the rest I will have to order online

Or is the tax already included in the prices? *(Current price please)* If the tax is separate, what is the amount of tax for each of the items? I already know the droid itself has tax but not the amount. I haven't been to Galaxy's Edge *YET* that's why I'm not sure about the rest of the items if they have tax or not and what the amount of tax is

Its a really fun experience you will have a great time. Definitely recommend the bundle the carrying bag is worth it for sure

Disney security makes you totally disassemble the droid to bring them into the parks. I would assume TSA would be the same

The droid package (droid + backpack + personality chip) is $175.70 with tax. The droid by itself is $106.49 with tax. Hope this helps!!
