I have a mini bernedoodle black and white, he is the cutest thing. He is a rehome and I am unclear of his origin but he very hard to startle. We had fireworks for 20 minutes immediately in front of my house which did not startle him in the least. We had gone to bed before midnight and it woke us both up. I opened the blinds and we watched and after 5 or 10 minutes he turned away and went back to sleep. I suppose it is possible he came from your kennels as no surprise sounds cause him the slightest concern. He was picked up by the previous owners in NB.

I have a Bernese Mountain dog and I absolutely love the breed. Their temperament is just plain happy all the time. I would love to have a Bernedoodle in the near future.
You have THE most impressive facility I've seen. Every detail thought out. How wonderful that the dogs have a place to safely run in the wilderness.

Interesting.. I’m not really a supporter of doodles, but will admit this is a well run facility and sounds like you are doing things right in terms of breeding and raising the puppies so the new owners have a puppy that is already well adjusted and set up for success in its new home and that you will back them up for the life of the puppy, something a lot of doodle breeders won’t do.
I do have to say, I’m iffy on trusting that the purebred foundation dogs are from high quality, preservationist breeders as they will not allow any of their well bred dogs to become a part of a breeding program consisting of mixing breeds unless it were part of a well thought out out cross program or part of a serious new breed development program, but if you are at least researching health testing that far back in pedigrees, and doing health testing yourself, I think that is sufficient to at least know you are producing good puppies, and I can at least respect a breeding program like this, even if I don’t really agree with producing “doodles”. The number of dogs you have or numbers produced doesn’t concern me as I know of higher volume, really excellent purebred breeders of solid dogs. You have the proper staff and tools to cover for that so that’s really good.
So if someone were really really set on wanting a doodle, I may recommend they check you out, as there are plenty of non-reputable breeders of doodles (and any popular purebred breed, for that matter) and would rather they go to someone who is putting this much effort into their breeding program. I don’t recommend anyone go cheap and impulsive on getting a dog of any sort unless they’re willing to deal with the potential consequences.

Question, I currently have a Golden Retriever as my service dog, I am looking to retire him and he is in his senior years, also post cancer. I have PTSD and handicapped, which would be the better breed? I have a professional trainer that will work with me as well as my own experience.
I have been looking to get a service dog as well and all of them would be great service dogs. I personally want a heavier dog, so I am looking for a bernedoodle. You had a golden retriever before so maybe a goldendoodle would be best, but it depends on the litter and what your trainer thinks. I am not a professionalist so I wouldn't know what is best but their breeds are easy to train.
I think it would be cool if you set up live feeds in the nursery kennels :)

So as a customer I don't get to pick my puppy, its like going to a dealership and the sales guy picking your car out for you...
Cars are objects dogs are lives they match with the quiz you take on their site say you're not active and you have a highly active dog. It's not a good match
How much would i have to pay for a brunadoodle puppy or goldendoodle puppy.
I have a bernedoodle since they are mostly bred they can o from 1,000 to 2,000 dollars

these dogs are beautiful! i was just wondering, do you guys declaw your puppies and if so would you be able to avoid that if a puppy was claimed and the future owner did not want that? love you guys!
I’m not this breeder. That said, some years ago I asked the same question for a cat I didn’t want to scratch or damage the interior of my home. Here’s the reality of this now: declawing an animal is mutilation. It’s VERY painful for the animal ...now this isn’t the same as maintenance where you keep the nails trimmed (especially their Du claws ~ probably the wrong spelling). Most owners do this themselves. I take our golden monthly to her “beauty day” where she’s fully groomed, her nails are all taken care of , any beginnings of Matt’s removed, her ears are checked and cleaned if needed, etc. when I get her back she’s all set. There’s still shedding but easy to keep up & no problem at home. Our cat we just left “as is” and gave him one leather chair in which to perch. Next time we’ll have a proper “cat tree”. He , oddly, didn’t even ruin the leather “man chair recliner” although if I look closely it has some worn parts there. Hope this helps. ❤️

She has 100k in just fake grass. When youre a millionaire and you just want to keep your wife busy so you can make more money undisturbed you open her a hair salon or a dog kennel. 😉lol
Either way those dogs live better than most of the world.
