Clipping an Aluminum Shoe

Roy Bloom, CJF APF clips a Kerckhaert Comfort shoe. The Comfort shoe comes pre-clipped but we ground the clips off in order to show how the clipping process would work for an unclipped shoe. Roy is using the Bloom Forge Clipping Hammer, ideal for steel or aluminum. This demo was done in a coke fire but can also be done in propane or coal forges.
