A tip for you MrLowLander, consider using a phantom instead of vandal since you only spray.

Mr Lowlander, a tip for cypher, place the camera on the spike and cage the chokepoint you are holding for postplant. When enemy taps the spike, you can open your cam, tag them, and open your cage and shoot their ping. Works in 1v1s

More tips on cypher:
-use phantom, easier spray through smokes
-on attack, on post-plant place your cam on wall right behind the spike. You can see if they are defusing or not, if yes - tag and spam through cage or smoke
-lurk more and place your cam high and at corners to see both sides
Specifically phantom on defense, on offense vandal or phantom is pure preference, lurk is very strong hard agree, also just holding flank with cam/trip and be there is good if they flank hard
the phantom also has no bullet tracers
I think the key for clutching every round is positioning, if you stay somewhere that can be peaked from three or more angles and it's a bad spot in general if you don know where the enemy is. Other than that all is about utility usage and aiming.

A good tip is to look for nasty trips.
I also find that when i place my trips on site i like to place them lower because enemies dont notice them, my rule is always that the closer the trip is to the choke point the lower it should be

A Tip from a cypher one trick, i recomment using the phantom on defence rather than Vandal because of tracers through tripwires.

MrLowlander I think the knives flew by your head because you actually can die to someone even after their dead and it’s called simultaneous elimination, if the spike is planted or not it determines who wins the round if it’s a 1v1.

Hey bro I just started my Adventures with Valorant, I got placed in Diamond 1(I played alot of cs before) I have no agent "Main" right now, I just play phoenix and reyna and only use the flash haha do you have any advice or an agent that I should learn as a starter? I mean people in my lobbys dont have great aim, but mostly destroy me with their abilitys I realised I need to learn 1 or 2 agents very well to compete against them, any suggestions ?

Tbh as cypher on post plant i love to place the camera on a box or something similar where the spike is planted(on deafult plants) and this way i can get info on fakes and the enemies never find my camera

you could place a cage in a smoke then when you hear the audio cue spam the smoke
one time i was playing chyper on lotus and i got a 32k (they stole my ace 2 times)

Hey Mr Lowlander you mentioned having problems with streaky aim. From what I’ve seen it looks like your movement might be hurting you more than you think. While generally your crosshair placement is pretty decent you peak or clear angles with W and A/D. It’s typically much easier to hit shots if you are moving at a 90 degree angle to the spot your peaking. So instead of holding W and A place your crosshair on the angle and just use A or D. continue to do it like slicing a pie peaking each spot in increments. Just don’t forget your off angles lol.
This honestly is what helped me have much more consistent aim. I had always thought my mechanical mouse skill was a problem but in aim trainers and shooting range I hit shots fine. Once I found out I was making every shot harder than it needed to be because of my keyboard skill I found I was much more consistent. Anyway hope this helps.
