XG’s releasing their new mini album, AWE, next week Nov 8th. HOWLING, the alleged title track for the album, has the same writers as Woke Up. Simon (CEO and their executive producer) also released the lyrics for it and without spoiling anything, they’re going on full attack mode. I can only imagine it’s another full rap track and I am completely here for it.

The aliens are for sure Melanie Martinez. I would say the overall aesthetic is pretty removed because her stuff is intentionally more dark. And yeah xg traffics in happiness pretty much. You should check out their fan cam of the choreo though, as a female dancer I think you’d appreciate it.
