Doctor i I have floaters since 2 months. There are many when i remove my specs but goes away after wearing. Plz Suggest something
It's normal to see a few eye-floaters. Eye-floaters do not harm your eye in any way.
With time, they either get settled down to the bottom of the eye or you get used to ignoring them.
If eye-floaters have increased in numbers and causing a lot of trouble in having a clear vision then you should get your eyes checked.

Hi ..is IPL right candidate for all skin tones especially for Indians with brown/dark skin? I was told that it may result in skin hypopigmentation. Looking at this video, I booked an appointment for my 70 year old father in Delhi who is suffering from dry eyes problem since last 5 years.They didn’t do any treatment because of his age. I travelled all the way from Nepal to carry out IPL treatment.
He simply turned around and we just wasted our time and money for nothing. They should have informed me such things on what’s app as well and there is nothing mentioned about the age group in this video too.
Hi Dr. Rahil, myself Kuldeep from Mumbai. I am facing dry eyes problem since July 2013 after when I had Eye conjunctivitis problem for 8-10 days.

Sir, there is kind of flashing in my eyes almost once a week ..a white zigzag line flash . It starts with a blind spot in centre and slowly diminishes . I've been prescribed I-forte and Lacryl drops . Suggest me a cure.
Flashes are usually symptoms of retinal detachment. You should see a good retina doctor if your problem still persists after these eye drops.

I have vitreous detachment because of rubbing my eyes. a year ago, my eyes were very dry and itchy so I started to rub them till I felt a severe pain in my right eye(like a cut). next morning, I started to see squiggly lines floating inside my eye (which really affected my vision) and noticed flashes in the side of it. I’m trying to ignore those lines but it’s difficult to focus on objects. I have never been advised to avoid rubbing eyes by any doctor I’ve visited!

Dr. Very well explained, and I hope you will reply to my eye conditions too, I have been suffering from Dry eyes past 15 to 20 yrs, using lubricant eyedrops, etc etc, but off late ,y dry eyes occurance has increased, if less sleep i get it, if my body experiences too much heat , dry eyes immediately affect me. Past a year, Dr. from Manipal hospital, Bangalore has said that i have been experiencing MapDot FingerPrint Dystrophy. Now could you please tell me if this IPL helps this condition. Almost 2 years over, still using drops
It's my fault only. I am preparing for railway exams for 4 years ..
I study per day 12 hours using desktop and books
