Well the board have a couple suggestions: Flynn downes , he’s a young CDM and English so it fits our home grown talents ,we would like to test your development skills by building him into a star , for the cam position: anothy martail would be a star signing for us , a experienced Striker that would move to cam and be a real threat at cam and we believe he could increase our goals , and of corse James ward-prowse , he’s been doing well at West Ham at the begging of this seaon , shown by his great profomance against us , a true playmaker and would bring that flair to our team , We would also like you to loan/sign Colombo , a striker who will develop, we think our current back up striker isn’t putting the pressure on our main strikers.
I think your tactics are great just a small imsturtcion set all the first team player on fitness base program And the reserve and bench on sharpness base program That's will help you for many computation energy fitness issue this is the way pep use his team
The Eagles have found form with the recent formation change orchestrated by the Adrian management team and we find ourselves in 5th. But as those who have followed the team in Season 1 know, the second half of the season is where it truly matters, and hopefully this time, our form doesn’t falter. Yes, that is right, as requested by the gaffer in the episode, I am back with yet another scout report. SCOUT REPORT Budget: £33,000,000 subject to £20,000,000 - £27,000,000 million cash flux with the sale of Viera, max total. £60,000,000. Target Areas: CB (squad), CAM (squad), ST (squad) Transfer list: Fabio Viera Fabio Viera Fabio Viera was our first signing under the Adrian reign coming in for a sizeable fee from Arsenal. Despite showing shimmers of what he could bring to Selhurst Park, ultimately, he has been underwhelming, and having been given considerable time to acclimatise to Palace life, it is my suggestion that we cash in on his increased market value and reinvest to increase much needed squad depth now that we are fighting on four fronts. CB: CB is an area highlighted by Adrian in this recent episode, concerned with the lack of depth we have, should we experience fatigue or an injury, a CB signing could be smart business. CB | Perr Schuurs (Torino): Perr Schuurs has made remarkable development since signing for Torino from Ajax and could be a great signing. Our 5 at the back formation allows space for our CBs to drive forward, Schuurs is a great carrier of the ball and has access to a solid long shot and long pass, allowing the likes of Moffi to have more freedom over the top while providing a scoring threat from deep. CB | Max Kilman (Wolves): If we wanted to go for a cheaper option, and one that doesn’t really have any potential to usurp our first choice back three, then Kilman could be the man: Reliable and defensively consistent, Kilman could be a good option off the bench when called upon and one with premier league experience. CAM: As mentioned above, CAM is an area that could need investment particularly if we were to sell Viera. CAM | Franca (loan): If we wanted to be more shrewd with our finances, then the recall of Franca could be a cheap option and one that gives him the opportunity for redemption. CAM | Tadic (Fenerbahce): A player I’ve recommend on a few occasions, Tadic has the ability to create something out of nothing. His technical attributes could become especially useful for set pieces to make use of the strengths of Andersen, Moffi, and Solanke in the air, a signing that would be relatively cheap given his age. CAM | Carlos Alcaraz (Southampton): A rising talent, Alcaraz has the ability to produce magic. Young and hungry Alcaraz has been touted with a big move, but now, if he has yet to make that big move in this universe, then maybe Palace with European football could be quite convincing. ST: Another area raised by Adrian, suggesting that we may need some extra depth should either Moffi or Solanke tire. ST | Samuel Illing-Junior (Juventus): An English starlet playing his trade in Italy, and one linked with a move to the premier league with Villa, SLJ could be a really interesting pick up. Although not a natural striker, I believe he is someone who could be trained into a more forward role, while his left sided versatility also grants us extra options should it be necessary. ST | Moise Kean (Juventus): Another Juve player, Moise Kean is a player with some premier league experience. Despite not being overly successful at Everton, it is no doubt that he is a talented individual and one that continues with our preference for pace, but one that offers us more trickery and dynamism than our current forwards Moffi and Solanke. ST | Kasper Dolberg (Anderlecht): Again, if we are looking for a player to provide decent rotation but not someone who will upset our preferred 11, then Dolberg is a player who is no stranger to providing impact off the bench. On his day a fantastic finisher in and around the box, Dolberg would be a cheap option that wouldn’t break our preferred starting eleven. ST | Thijs Dalinga (Toulouse): Dalinga has had a breakthrough season this year with Toulouse, his talents coming to light in a great performance against Liverpool. Dalinga has incredible finishing ability and incredible work rate, with years on his side, Dalinga wouldn’t push the established front two right away, but he has more than enough potential to grow into a really strong player. ST | Breel Embolo (Monaco): My final recommendation would be Embolo of Monaco. A player similar in playing style to Moffi, Embolo is no stranger to playing in European competition. Known for his clutch goals and his physical capability, Embolo would come in as a solid 3rd choice striker but have the ability to push our preferred starting partnership. REPORT BREAKDOWN: CB: Perr Schuurs CAM: Alcaraz ST: Kean or Dalinga Recall: Franca (for depth) Prospects: Samuel Illing-Junior Scout’s Top Pick: Tadic This concludes the scout report for the coming January window, we find ourselves in a solid 5th position, but shrewd business is necessary as to not fall victim to burn out.
