Enjoyed this training video. Shared information with our GM and Project Manager, could tell by the look on their faces that there were some items they were not clued in on. Would like to join your Tuesday trainings.

New to your videos, love the ones I've seen so far. So very helpful! Would love the PDF from this video, it's no longer available when I click.

Welcome to the wild world of Xactimate and insurance!
I've used the no access charge before for weird/uncommon situations. You can switch unit from hours to sq if you pay your crew say an extra $5/sq for that.
Do you get it approved easier with changing the units that way?
@@samadams413 yes. its a bit easier for everyone to justify. you just tell the adjuster you have to pay your crew $5/sq more.
I clicked on the link above but there is not list? Thank you so much for the wonderful training

Handling the bundles is cost of doing business...
Thanks for the comment! According to Xactimate the shingle pricing is based on roof loading by the supplier. If the shingles have to be dropped on the ground, the extra labor to move them from the ground to the roof is not included according to the "Click for Detail." Since it is not included in the line item detail, it would not be considered a cost of doing business.
@The Elliott Games agreed… would love that person to actually re-shingle a roof and then defend that stupid position.
