Puppies are fine in their own ambience. This is not a puppy scene or situation. This is for exactly what you see, after work and the efforts of a life have earned both the cat and his human a hiatus of being warm, dry and sleepy for a while before heading out in the storm again to keep on keeping on, because it isn't all over yet. This is not puppy head space.
