i always wantrd to do martial arts like taekwondo or karate since i was in elementary school, and im halfway through high school i still dont do it...sigh

For real though it only hurts for a certain amount of time after and then you get bruises and sometimes cuts. Just make sure you kick right and close your fist tight and hit right. So you don’t have to do it again 💀
Those boards are thin and fragile like crackers that you eat for snacks? I have touched one. It is easy to break. I love taekwondo kicks. It's just awesome.
this is beautiful. I've been training karate for 10 years and my whole family knows and loves everything about karate since my dad is karate couch. but honestly, I've always been interested in taekwondo. i enjoy watching these, it's beautiful. much love from Serbia (Europe) 💕✊

What is the song
Those boards are only about 10mm thick. Use the proper 19mm boards and see how you go. Than try 5 of them together with no spacers. I had to for my 4th Degree, as does every one else testing for that rank.

@Akariizalio - Especially in Yanin Vismitananda from Thailand & Korea, which mixed Tae Kwon Do with a lot of logical body movements & some traditional Thai moves, forming 'her art' which looks very robot-like & exceptional on the screen.

흠... 솔직히 저런 화려한 곡예발차기가 실전에 무슨 소용이 있을까 싶네요 저런식으로 태권도가 쇼 형태로 발전하는게 꼭 나쁘다고 할수는 없지만 무도인 태권도가 마치 기계체조 또는 서커스같이 바뀌었네요 가라데에서 파생되어 나왔던 초창기에는 파워풀하고 강력함이 있었는데 지금은 그냥 이도저도 아니게 변한것 같네요 그래도 멋집니다 운동하시는분들 굿굿

its show not real fighting, i think they make TKD? even if u fight in TKD tournaments they make a break after every hit. thats why i started with kickboxing and the difference is huge. i think tkd can be good too but i doubt that the developer would say sth good about these guys. its acrobatic in my opinion and ofc on a high level but not fighting sports...
according to Newtonian physics they do hit back.

テコンドーも空手と同じように実践に強くなれるように素手で戦ったり喧嘩をするけど、空手のように拳とか手を鍛えないかぎり手が赤くなったり痛める可能性があるから、武道家として拳も鍛えたほうが良いよ、そうするとスポーツ中心とかダイエットとして殴り合う格闘技から身を守れるくらい威力が強くなれやすいと思う
