I really appreciate this effort and being able to hear the recordings… I am surprised that a different recorder was used to record the Nevatons… I love them but it’s not a true comparison and I can’t truely draw a true contrast. Any comments as to why you changed it up?
Unfortunately it was not possible to use one recorder. Neumann and Schoeps can be compared objectively.
At first i liked nevaton. But i listened closer to the birds and neumann suddenly was my preference. Its more damped, but i believe better resolving as a result.
I put Neumann in second place, it is close to Nevaton, but thinner
so nice to read and hear you use Nevaton mics! Do you own more types of Nevaton capsules?

I like more Nevaton! I would put Neumann in second place.
I also compared Nevaton Omni with DPA Omni microphones, I will publish this entry soon
I'm talking about cardioid microphones; it's not correct to compare omni microphones, they were in completely different places.
