@@andrewnfx you are suffering greatly with propfirms, you are a great trader and what you should’ve done is use your track record to get real investors to invest 10m in your trading and y’all can split the profit but you won’t ever blow your account risking 1% per trade and you can still add your prop fir accounts with trade copiers but you’ll make more money and give less care to prop firms and their uncertainty

I disagree. Most of these "real traders" on social media are gamblers and that's what causes them stress and early deaths via heart attacks. A majority of real profitable traders are not even on social media, and they are definitely not tired and stressed because they know what they are doing.

May i know how much funds have you got back now? I too, am dreaming to get to that 5m funding soon. Your comment is very informative, which again reminds me, how important it really is to first protect the accounts more than the earnings.
I am back in Funded for $6m with new prop firms. Never Give up 😊. Managing and protecting prop firms accounts is now my priority rather Profits. Market will give us opportunities to make profits. Just need to be patient and wait for right time. Lower risk and bigger rewards is all the way to make maximum profits. Like Andrew says, I also had sleepless nights and so painful lessons.

Shit men! The part where you said you have no friends and everyone is stabbing you in the back and/or want something from you is so powerful. I live in Hungary and here is exactly the same. After all trading is a lonely thing where if someone around you isn’t involved they can’t really understand what it takes to do what you have already done. I believe as long as you have a partner and you take profits out from the market you can travel as much as you can and hang out other trades. Love your content, keep it up! 🔥

What do you mean with "a rough month in the market for a lot of people"? Where is the logic? Stop making excusis and work harder, stop the nonsense technical trading, start trading with real data and hard work. Lines on a chart dont predict the market. Januari for me was 13%, based on real trading. How economics works.
I appreciate the honesty and rawness as it's something we rarely see in this industry. Personally I always wanted to stay away from the route of getting multiple prop firm accounts because in my opinion, it's just unnecessary stress. Loosing funding, gaining funding, loosing funding, gaining funding, wondering when/if your payouts are going to hit, wondering if the prop firm is even going to be around in the next few months. It's all way too much to deal with. My goal was to get away from prop firms as quickly as possible and just trade with my own personal funds. I get it though, many traders want to make a-lot of money quickly and the firms allow that but what comes with it is exactly what you are dealing with......crazy amounts of unnecessary stress. To me it's like the more accounts you have, the more you are at risk of loosing. I would love to see you stack your live account, start to cut some of those firms out and start to bring back some of that control into your own hands. The funding isn't worth the emotional roller coaster!

@@marionunes9219 Some of those techniques take a while. If you have time, I would also recommend Marisa Peer’s Rapid Transformational Hypnotherapy for faster results in getting to the route cause of what is holding you back. I did one session and found my subconscious gave the answer to the cause of my over trading being down to scarcity and that came from my childhood. I always used to have days where I would make so much then for example I would be up £957, but there was always this burning desire inside me to round it up to £1,000 and that would be the trade that would go wrong. Then the programming in my mind would always want to just get back to where I was after taking the loss. As soon as you rewire the way you think, your approach adjusts immediately. The same with impatience and not being like that crocodile in the water patiently waiting for the next victim to come closer and closer within striking range, the croc will sit patiently waiting until the animal is completely focused on drinking and it’s environment above water, then strike. This is ultimately the mindset needed to wait for those perfect set ups.
In the past, I always felt this need to get ahead, yet never truly appreciated that in just one year of trading and acquiring new funded accounts I could be ahead of all my friends/brother etc effortless just by easing off on trying so hard. The less effort we put in, the better the results as the subconscious is what goes to work, rather than the conscious mind and ego getting in the way.

Then i lost my first 200k funded account just after one week of trading! Good I earned 6k out of it! But it still hurt me psychologically, knowing how much efforts I put into it, passing three evaluations for it! Now i am on my way to my one million challenges. Id like to get there where you are. Knowing you, as a top trader, also lost half of your funding, just reminds us all, to be more cautious and not be too confident. I am like you, aggressive trader. As a trader actually extracting wealth from the markets, I don’t think trading is hard or stressful. I love the characteristics it teaches. Discipline, patience, emotional intelligence etc. i don’t think trading is for everyone but it’s definitely for me. Don’t get too excited on winning streaks or too down on losing streaks. That’s exactly how you lose. 📈
If you are reading this comment, Andrew, I think the problem is 1. Copy trading, its like virus when you lose it spread to other accounts, and I watched your video of top 4 FX traders, you said "I can risk my daily draw down on one trade" meehhn that is crazy, no risk management. But you are sounding this way because you lost your funding, which is normal, but I hope you get back on track. Trading can be lonely and messed your emotions. I wish you good luck
Found your videos and followed you some weeks ago to bring me some motivation, but this video is the most important one i've seen from you, the mental game , the psychology in trading and the struggle you have gone through is a fact that usually is overseen in the trading environment.
The way that you set a goal and reached it despite all complications is pure gold and shows your honesty; and also how the universe guides you through all this hurdle to reach personal dreams is very interesting, that's life.

Totally get where you're coming from in terms of trading psychology. My ex-gf used to tell me I was a totally different person when I traded. I wanted to return to online marketing but that is no longer an option since my ad accounts have been banned by Google & Microsoft...for absolutely no reason. That's what forced me to return to trading but I'm not enjoying it. I enjoy strategizing during off hours...but the moment I get into a trade the nerves take over and I wish I wasn't trading.
As a 61 year old whose parents have passed, who is alone and doesn't have any kids or friends...I can tell you supercars aren't what will make you happy. Don't wait until you're my age to find out that what matters most is being surrounded by people who love you.
It's exactly same with me. I'm 28, and I'm all too fine strategising, Backtesting gazillion strategies, but can't stick to one and sit to trade and patiently wait for setups. Still struggling and maybe I will get out of this soon

More than anything, I think your honesty and integrity is the most important thing. This ‘trading’ industry is so full of scammers and liars that your efforts to provide some authenticity really is a ‘breath of fresh air’. You might have had a bad month but will bounce back.
One thing though, you said that time is moving fast. As an older person, all I can say is that I’ve found that time goes even faster as you get older and every other person I know has said the same thing as they got older.
I'm a trend and support and resistance trader on gold, for 4 years, and trading is not for getting more rich, dont let money control your mind. Seek to do more good, buy houses and rent them for a lower price. Watch any families evolving with your own power because you gave them the chance

I am nowhere near your level of trading and just became consistent with 4-5 figure monthly withdrawals in the past 6-7 months, but I totally understand when you said, “we’re just wasting time on the charts at one point when we become profitable” we get so stuck on the charts that we become enslaved to just being on our pc looking at our charts everyday

To be honest bro, I’m 18 yo and i got into trading 3 months ago and already backtesting a shit ton and showing good results. I’ve always wanted to to have a nice supercar as well. My goal is just to make like 50 to 100k a month average and travel a lot and see the world you know like write my own book in my life. And i think it’s gonna happen but we’ll see. Incearca sa fii mai puternic, am ascultat tot ce ai spus, sunt convins ca o sa reusesti sa treci peste starile nasoale daca incepi sa lucrezi si la fizicul tau, umple ti timpul si cu altceva, te urmaresc de putin timp, in martie fac 22 de ani, am inceput sa invat de curand trading, motivatia puternica si dorinta este amplificata cand merg la sala/inot, chiar daca nu vreau fiindca trebuie, fa asta fiindca trebuie, impuneti, fa in asa fel incat sa ti tipe in cap DO IT, move to gym, astfel vei putea sa iesi din starile nasoale si vei gestiona mai usor SL urile, crede in tine si incearca sa mananci mai sanatos asta daca nu o faci deja, ajuta si la psihic, eu de exemplu ma simt mai bine cand includ in masa de dimineata un avocado. Si eu am fost campion national la polo cand eram mai mic, am si cateva trofee pentru cel mai bun din tara, apreciez faptul ca ai luptat de mic(am vazut vlogul cand ai povestit de baschet) . Am incercat sa nu ma lungesc prea mult, o sa recuperezi conturile si vei ajunge mai sus!
Really appreciate your honesty when it comes to trading and the reality of it. Trading is very heavy on your mental health but i guess every business has its ups and downs. Knowing that another romanian trader shares the same feelings as me means a lot, and i think a lot of us can approve this.

.25% risk per trade, one trade a week will keep your psychology near neutral levels, and your personal time increases. Now you can pursue other lucrative endeavors.
Also, material possessions should not be the goal. Setting your income on autopilot, allowing your money to make money, while decreasing your own time and effort towards your income.... should be the goal.
Keep the competitive fire! It is what will drive you to climb your goal mountain.

These types of videos really make you realise how important psychology is, they are more impactful than simply saying "psychology is important in trading" because these videos instead of telling you the reality show you the reality.
One thing I have realised though, is that most people including myself at one time, believe that if a person is successful then they don't make mistakes, or they don't have bad moments or they don't have negative streaks.
People tend to believe that successful people are perfect and that makes them successful.
While in reality this is not the case, successful people whether in trading or in any other field, are always human beings and experience the same things as everyone else.
i also lost all my challenges on january it was arround 400K but it is what it is i never beeing funded so my goal for this year is to get funded witha small account 15k then trying to passed it and buy 200K i will do my best thanks body for the video and as you said the real trader become mad and out of mood if all this happening

Do not stop, ive blown 7 figures of funding before in 2022 during the sept raid. Do not give up you can make it back just do not stop because if you do the days turn Into weeks weeks turn into months. Take two weeks away from the charts sulk beat yourself up an then get back in man.

Trebuie să fii mândru de rezultatele tale, 99% dintre aceia care încearcă nu reușesc să ajungă nici măcar la un sfert di ceea ce ai obținut tu. Am doar un an de zile de când sunt în domeniul ăsta și o frază care îmi place să o repet când sunt in lose streak este “Slow is smooth, smooth is fast”.
Nu lăsa ca “foamea” de succes să îți facă rău, repet, ești deja la un nivel mult mai înalt decât majoritatea, și ai DOAR 25 de ani.
Dacă vrei sa stai la o vorbă cu o persoană random, sunt în aeroport în Otopeni joi timp de 6 ore 😂

I’m looking for great profit but after studying the market for a year, discovered the best hours for me are from 5am to 8am pacific (California USA) time to catch the New York opening. I have the potential to make 2x to 3x my monthly work salary in five days trading with 1% risk ($100k account). This trading schedule in turn gives me time to take my kids to school, then head to work until I have accumulated enough capital from profit to retire early from the 9-5 job. I would recommend only making 1-2% per payout. Once u make 1-2% stop trading and just live life. That should be 60k-120k every 2 weeks, and 120k-240k a month. Put it on a copier and let it do what it has to do. 1-2% is a single win with only 0.5% of your acount. This is talking about 6 million in funding. You got it man.
Easier said than done. If you lose the 1st trade and the 2nd, you are then in major drawdown. Majority will then either revenge trade or double their stakes and either lose the lot or get their money back.
@arthurtsekouras6227 If you lose your 1st 2 trades, you will only be down 1%, and if you win your 3rd trade, you will be at break even. This is on a risk 1 win 2 ratio. let's say you lose the 3rd trade. You will only be down 1.5%. But you are correct. If you do not have the discipline, this will not work. Revenge trading will, the majority of the time, blow your account.

I am not a profitable Trader but as my humble opinion in your case the solution is easy, keep doing what you doing on the challengues but when you are funded start using just 0.50% and when you have a buffer use MAX 1%, burning an account with that risk management is alot harder! That's not even that bad, TFF account removed and some drawdown from quarterlife crisis.
Interesting because I was funded 500k and would have got my first 30k payout in Jan but my 30th bday was in December and I was thinking "I need to get a 100k payout for my birthday" 🤣
And so I lost the profit and blew the accounts.
Now I passed phase1 of 600k tft easily but currently in massive drawdown on phase 2...
So the emotional side is very real bro!

Current prop firm models are not sustainable at the moment, maybe look into how to get in hedge fund or a real prop firm.
Also 1% risk on a prop firm is actually 10% risk(Your real max drawdown is most likely 10%) and that's way above the norm, there is no strategy that I know of that can't have 10 losses in a row.
0.25% would be 2.5% and I think that's more sustainable in the long term even though its still high risk.
