Once I accidentally bought one and was very happy but was never able to find it again. I went onto the Ontario Foodland website and they list it as one of the kinds they grow, but not as much as the other is varieties. Have you ever had those and do you know where to find them?

Hi Maddie I just have a question, is it ok to have a meal based on starch like rice twice in one day? It might seem silly but if I have a smoothie for breakfast then oats for lunch and then rice only at dinner time I don’t feel satisfied and i feel like starches in general (rice or oats) fill me up. I’m recovering from an ed and trying to get past the idea that I “have” to have a smoothie for breakfast then oats for lunch and can “only” have rice once a day ❤️ thank you so much ❤️❤️
Zoe Howes personally, I would say just eat what your body feels like it needs. I don’t eat anything or try to eat anything that I don’t want too. If you’re not full then your body wants something more filling then just eat what you want and listen to what your body tells you
I'm actually considering becoming vegan, but my parents are really against vegans and that lifestyle. I'm waiting until I move out and make my own choices. if you like yogurt, you should try making yogurt in your instant pot! vegan, of course. I think you have to adjust the recipes and use a little more if you're using non-dairy/nut milks but it's super easy

It's been over 3 years that I'm a vegan and I still miss yogurt. The one that are vegan at the grocery store are way to expensive and sometimes don't taste that good.
