HaloPSA Email Message Tracking with Mailgun and Rewst

In a previous short video, you briefly see Email Message Tracking in HaloPSA powered by Rewst. In this video I go into a new version of that I've finished in way more detail. Hey, thanks for the good video! I found some parts enlightening - especially the differentiation between smtp and Graph for outgoing mails.... Seems like with MS Graph, we are quite limited in terms of outgoing mail (addresses). Did't find a Ressource where the mail topic is explained extensive and detailed. That said, this is the best I could find sorting the outgoing mail stuff out.
