I know that arrow indicate that direction is also given but i use to think that right arrow mean it's going in right direction always and went hadn't i saw left arrow ever

Newton’s 3 ‘laws’ were replaced in 2002 by McCutcheon’s. So,no. Newton- p=mv. Euler(?) f=ma.
