Wow, this is amazing and just what I was looking for! Thank you for sharing this template for free.
This is so amazing! Thank you for sharing. Is there a way to add more test names beyond AH?
Hi, I emailed you back as well. No, there's not; they won't transfer over to the individual student pages if you just add them.
I am unable to get the template. I get the first email to confirm but the template doesn't show up. It's not in spam?
Thank you! IS there a way to have the sheet give the class data as a whole? for example percent of class who is in the green for cvc or letter sounds?
Yes, there are many different count and count if functions you can add in. I will explain how I set up mine using B/C columns but the same is true for the others and you can use the corner drag to extend the formulas across. In B34, I added =COUNT(B3:B32) so that the number of students actually assessed was counted. That way, fluctuations due to student moves is accounted for. Then in B35, I used the formula =COUNTIF(C3:C32,">79%") to count the number of students at 80% or above. You can adjust that figure to what works for you. In C35 I built the equation =B35/B34 so I could figure out the percent of students at mastery. There are many different formulas you can build in and use to look at the data more globally.
Hi! My grade team and I are hoping to share one document between the 3 of us for groupings. Is there a way to add more than 30 student names?
Hi, sorry, no, my prebuilt templates only include spaces for 30 students. You could add additional rows to the tracking pages but not the individual student pages. That number of tabs for the student pages would be quite cumbersome.
How do you add a new test name?
I show you that tab at the 1:30 mark. Changing the text is the same way you change any text. You don't have to do anything specific.
The screen is very blurry!
You are right! I uploaded a different way. I'm going to delete this and reupload a new version in just a bit. Thank you for commenting!
Actually, I'm having the same issue with new uploads. The best way to fix it is on the user end, unfortunately. Go to the settings cog, click quality, and then select auto. It's still not great, but it's much better than when I first viewed it.
Ok thanks
