This is so sad to watch, there should be boundaries and rules when it comes to personal space and children. Although, 5 years ago this was the dream for Kim, she wanted the fame and this is the not so pretty side of it, and she can't just make it go away when it's not convenient for her.

It is secured and fastened. All u need to do is place the car seat on the base and it gets locked onto the base, the base is strapped and buckled in the car with a seat belt. Hope this helped u.
