I take that statement as either Jinx being playful like she was with Chuck or in her element when she cracked Hextech and got into a flow. I mean Jinx is Victor tier smart.
@@rega5888 Victor pretty much gave Jinx props when he said "Crude, but inspired" and Jace couldn't defuse Jinx's device. Jace told Mel her device nearly killed him when he was tampering with it. It was Victor who was the one who was able to get around Jinx's auto-destruct wire. Keep in mind Jace and Victor both had the Academy, to learn more from Heimerdinger. Jinx did not, neith did Ekko for that matter. Meaning despite not having the same education,Jinx was able to understand and crack Hextech using Victor and Jace's journal. Jinx was already gifted, her life would have been vastly different if she had the same opportunity as Victor becoming Heimerdinger's protege. The other major difference is Jinx has her trauma. Mind you after her tea party scene where she shoots Mylo's dummy will be the last time his voice will torment her, when she embraces Jinx fully. She will be able to concentrate better, which will vastly improve her creativity and inventions.
And that also implies that Jinx’s screen time will be full of heavy serious/upsetting moments. There will be jokes throughout the season, of course, but maybe the pacing will be different and so the jokes will be presented differently
@@DefaultDanielSGaming That’s what I was reminded of. Maybe Vi & the big guy when she first joins the Enforcers will make us laugh too. It also looks like he doesn’t show anger as much, while Vi lets emotions drive her a lot
Judging by the posters we had, i think this is going to be a season of opposites and that VI will take the role of the "crazy sister " while jinx after finally accepting who she is in the end of season 1 will probably calm down and be her quirky self that we know in league
the writers did confirm that the characters will be kind of the opposite of what they are right now + in league there is this line from Jinx "you think I'm crazy? You should see my sister" so if they want to go that route they definitely can
@@DefaultDanielSGaming But in the context of the series it doesn't make sense. Season 1 shows pretty well that powder and jinx can be considered like 2 different people. So if the question is about jinx it doesn't make sense to respond about Powder

At 2:49, so ur idea is because jinx is now sure of who she is and finally accept that vi wont accept her for who she is, she has became more serious and not goofy anymore? The tweet supports your idea because it states “jinx is not a hollow shell” correct? Probably Jinx will become less terrorist and more a prankster.
Arcane Jinx and previously-canon-Jinx are very different.
maybe if the writers told Ella to act that way because she doesn't know anything about league Jinx altough I doubt it
