If visa were rejected
You will get a visa rejection letter, not like a stamping in your passport
de we need employment still abroad form c5 to apply for employment visa purposes sir
Form C5 is for working permit, not visa

Itinerary is fine, one or two ways please check with VFS as sometimes they wanted one way and two ways

yes, 6 months is fine, select the approximate date starting from the date of your visa approved by assuming approximately.

Not a major mistakes, however we really cannot predict now a days since many visas getting rejected without proper reason
